I contacted them on June 21st, and they were ready to pick up on June 23rd. Michael Tasker was WONDERFUL to work with, and was prompt in all of our correspondence. I decide to purchase a mailbox while working on the road. It gives me a physical address and a…read moreplace for all my packages and mail to be delivered by any carrier. The customer service representative was name Jake. He was knowledgeable and fast. The process was so easy. All the paperwork was done on my behalf. He explained how to write my new address and gave me a key to the box and the outside door for 24 hour service. At 30 bucks a month it is worth not getting a headache everyday dealing with snail mail and the USPS. Great job Jake. Thanks for speaking clear English and being patient with my questions .
