So I decided to take my 5 year old daughter for her first mani/pedi this summer. To my surprise the less than 10 minutes they spent on her came up to $65 before tax and tip. Instead, the lady used a tool to grind the gel, which was very painful. I was not told that I would be charged $11 for gel removal. When I disputed this, they told me that I had to pay it. Nowhere did it state there was a removal charge on their menu or website. They were incredibly rude about it as well. Also, the lady that did my Pedicure, butchered my feet. It was so painful that I had to keep asking her to stop.. Also, while getting my pedicure, she turned the massage chair off b/c it was shaking too much, which I was paying to use. I have never had anyone turn the chair off until it was time to paint.

However, having been a patron for several months now (including four different SNS sets), I was disappointed for the first time this weekend. I understand it is back to school time so they were abnormally slammed for a Sunday afternoon, but I'm still a paying customer and would have appreciated my tech to take a little more time and be a little more friendly especially given that I was paying $50 for the SNS set. Everything about the experience felt rushed and I pretty much took off my own old SNS (soaking in a bowl and scrubbing with a paper). Then the tech cut me with a nail file which I didn't even know was possible and made it sound like it was my fault because my nail was too short (even after she put on tips on two of my fingers). Needless to say, I was a raving, pleased patron, but now I'm not so sure. Like I said Cindy is great so if you find someone you like, it might be worth it to make an appointment.

In the process of drilling he drilled my middle finger down so much and close to the edge, I started to bleed. My nails were so thick and in so much pain. When asking for changes to be made the response was "they look pretty" and they offered absolutely no discount nor proper customer service from management. My nail beds are destroyed because of this salon and I later caught an infection from my polish being cured over dry blood. If I could give it negative stars I would!
