New ownership and they are wonderful. I had a perfect SNS dip (French with Chine) and a pedicure. Both G and Seraphine were not only so professional and experienced, they made me feel like family. Mom Julie is there too. It is a family affair. I encourage everyone to give them a try. They are in the shopping center near Fresh Market. I will say I hesitated coming here because of the reviews, but it is so close to where I live, I tried it. So happy I did! I recently moved here from LA and discovered this gem of a Nail Salon next to an ice cream store. I found it to be a clean, calm and pleasing atmosphere. I was even more impressed with the high level of skill and gentle care in my manicure & pedicure. Of all the nail salons I've been to in the west coast and down south, this unassuming nail salon gives a good, professional mani/pedi service. I understand these are new young owners who recently took over and made fresh updates to bring in more light and new talented staff. Went for a mani/pedí this previous Friday. Always a pleasant experience at this salon!! The employees here are always very nice and professional. Nothing was rushed and I was asked repeatedly if I was happy with everything. I was!! My toes look great and so do my fingers!!! If i could give zero stars I would. I get my nails done regularly and have for the last few years. I was close by getting my car serviced and came here to get my nails done while I waited because I had a wedding coming up. Not only was it painful because she grinded my nails down so far but the actual SNS job was actually the WORST I've ever had. They clearly have no idea what they are doing and i left with three fingers bleeding because of their terrible work. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Do not go here!!! Rude rude rude. I left raw and bleeding from them filing my nails. Then they tried to charge me $15 to literally polish my toes and another $15 to polish my nails with my own polish I'd brought in. Afterwards she had the nerve to tell me not to ever come back bc I told her that the price was not what I was use to. I have never been treated like that especially by a business owner! read more

I had a very good experience here. not too busy, very good prices, and everyone was very sweet! They do great acrylics!

I can see why this salon is usually dead. Came to get my nails filled in during my lunch break and when I left was most unpleased. I like to paint my own nails- so as the guy was taking polish off I told him that he didn't have to top coat or polish when we were done because I enjoy painting myself. He just looked at me- then agreed. He didn't talk to me very much at all- but talked to the tv. The other worker sat outside with a magazine-Both when the phone rang and another customer came in. He cut my nails down, but didn't file them even, and didn't remove all the polish. So I had crooked nails, leftover polish and no time to ask for them to be fixed as my break was over. Thank God I own a file and paint my own nails. Even though the salon is in a convenient location for me only being a couple minutes away from work- I will not be back. read more

my gel manicure was all lumpy and they didn't ask what shape i wanted my nails in so some of them are square and others rounded. i asked for a matte finish and didn't receive what i asked fit but was still charged the extra $5. very disappointed with my visit, i will not be coming back. read more

Rushed through my pedicure and noticed after I left the second coat of polish stopped 2/3s down my nail. Gel manicure was also terrible. Color I've had before was a completely different color but they assured me it was correct, asked for square shape and they rounded them. After comparing the color to a friend who had the same color and brand and realizing how different it was I called to see if they would do anything to fix it and they said no. Really disappointed.
