She said yes at 6:15p. I get there at 6:05p. The first thing they let me know is they fell behind. Whatever that meant. I was willing to wait. Then they called me to a chair at 6:45 only to have me soak my sns nails in acetone for over 30 mins still telling me they'd be right with me. I don't think it's even healthy to soak your hands in chemicals that long and I've never had anyone soak off sns. By 7:20p I'm out the bitch! You knew you had no capacity when I called in the first place. You should never make a customer wait that long. It was an inefficient use of my time and a poor experience. I'll NEVER go back! The reviews must be bullshit or they go all out for customers they've already established relationships with.... I'm an excellent tipper and a loyal customer when treated right but this was an attempt to herd the elephants rather than serve an awesome customer! Not to mention I have a film shoot in the morning...gonna have to do some magic to make these hands look right! If I could rate less than 1 star I would!

Instead, the lady used a tool to grind the gel, which was very painful. I was not told that I would be charged $11 for gel removal. When I disputed this, they told me that I had to pay it. Nowhere did it state there was a removal charge on their menu or website. They were incredibly rude about it as well. Also, the lady that did my Pedicure, butchered my feet. It was so painful that I had to keep asking her to stop.. Also, while getting my pedicure, she turned the massage chair off b/c it was shaking too much, which I was paying to use. I have never had anyone turn the chair off until it was time to paint.

Only a handful of patrons passed thru while I was there. Still, I got the vibe that the atmosphere of this shop is pretty chill, even on busy days. My nail tech was Sonny and I got an SNS Mani + pedi. He was extremely professional and polite throughout my time there. He frequently checked to see how I was doing to make sure that I was still comfortable and to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. He did not chat at all otherwise, which was perfect for me! He was very attentive to detail. My nails turned out great. The environment of the shop was very casual and clean. Spacing of the stations is comfortable. It is located near Sam Furr road which can be pretty hectic ,but don't let that be a deterrent. This shop is actually located across from a residential street so it is actually pretty quiet/low traffic. My appointment was with Lavi and she was 5 star plus - very friendly, thorough and key for me is gentle! I have very dry skin so it can be a challenge getting what I call my "toe jam" cleaned up lol LAVI did her thing my feet look brand new lol and no trauma reported. I've been to places where they rush and cut cuticles down aggressively and leaves me with scabs for days not LAVI. I found the prices very reasonable and I'm thinking this might be my new spot. It was very clean and Instead of putting towels in microwave as does my other spot they keep them in a warmer oven and they use the latest technology to sanitize their instruments that I can see!
