They make as many of their syrups and bitters as they can, so the cocktails are fresh and flavorful. They have a great classic cocktail menu for you to look at, but they have some specialty drinks as well. The bartender was making their jamaica (hibiscus) concentrate when we were there. I asked what he made with that, and a mezcal jamaicita was what he said. Of course had to try it! It was maybe a little sweet for me, but still tasty and unique.
