What I ordered and what I received. But I was told "oh they're Tulips, they're going to be bloom in a few days.." but oh, here's a half refund! *just added the picture of when I received them for Mariam. Your options were bogus. These were for my mother, I was not about to have her drive to take them back, I wasn't going to pay $20 for your driver to pick them back up, and I most definitely wasn't going to trust you to bring me a new set of flowers. We had a viewing service to attend, I originally ordered a cross from a local flower shop. Got a call the morning of the viewing that they couldn't make my order the way I requested. They were trying to downgrade for almost the same cost. I called Roger's flowers and they not only were able to make what I wanted, they did it with very short notice for a reasonable cost in comparison to the other shop. They even sent a picture once completed to make sure it was what I wanted. They understood it was for a funeral and came through due to the circumstances. Now a days places like these are gems in my eyes! Thank you Roger's flowers! During a difficult time, the last thing you want are unknown situations. I live in the East Bay and contacted Rodgers to deliver flowers same day to my family. I searched the web for a local business. I don't care for the 1800flower shop numbers. I like small business because they usually provide more personal service so I gave Rodgers a shot. This was the case with Marion at Rodgers. I found a succulent arrangement that I liked but they did not have the same container as depicted on their web site. Marion was very patient with me and sent me a picture of the container they had in stock for that item. Talking with Marion and deciding what was best for my family was no Stress and she did not try to upsell me which is much appreciated. She worked within my vision and budget and the outcome was successful as my family loved it. Marion also wrote out a message that I emailed to her to be delivered with the succulent. Easy payment, immediate receipt sent, delivery on time, personable service, excellent selection and communication. My go to place and should be yours Give them a try you won't be disappointed. Was looking for a place delivering on Mother's Day without an additional fee. Rogers Flower Shop came to the rescue. Beautiful arrangements for a fair price! The owner called me to ask if rather than Sunday, they can deliver on Saturday so the delivery men can manage their order load better. I thought it was kind of him to call and ask. I didn't have a problem sending them one day earlier. My mom got them delivered early today and was ecstatic. They look beautiful and match the picture I saw online. read more

Was looking for a local business to support and found Rogers Flowers. I ordered the flowers online and specified that they needed to be delivered before 3pm. If they couldn't deliver then it wasn't going to be a big deal but was hoping they would be. Not only were they delivered before 3pm but the bouquet was gorgeous! Great experience as always I use Rogers for all occasions. This time I just wanted to send some just because flowers and it was late in the morning 9:30am. I called friendly staff told them what I wanted and if they could get it to my wife before or by 12pm. Staff said they could guarantee do it before noon however could do it by 1pm. I said great and they had my info already and was a great experience. So by 11:15am I receive a thank you text from my wife. So Rogers flowers not only got it before 1pm they beat my original request of 11am. Great appreciate the overall experience and attention to details. read more

A million thanks for Mr. Hany for putting up with my OCD and making my wedding decor perfect! It took me a lot of shopping to find someone willing to work with me on every detail and do exactly what I wanted for my wedding decor. Mr. Hany was recommended to me by a friend and he delivered the vibe I wanted. I remember the moment when I sat down after the grand entrance and I was amazed by how nice the sweetheart table looked. I asked for very specific things, but he was very talented with how he set it up. He has good eyes on what works and what looks best. I'm very grateful for all the work he did that day. read more

UPDATE: I received a call today (8/5) from the business owner in regards to the review i left. i believe he was very unprofessional breaking down the cost of what HE spent and comparing to what my mom spent. At one point when i told him that my mom worked hard to save to send me this basket he then said that if my mom is so hard in cash maybe she shouldnt be ordering. Maybe if he wouldve been kind or sympathetic and try to resolve anything, but instead he broke down HIS cost and said he paid more than my mom and that he went above and beyond and even deserved 5 stars. I did remove some parts of my review, which may have been unfair but i think as a business owner he needs to learn that the customer does not want to hear your costs and i shouldnt be insulted by saying that my mom shouldnt be ordering if she cant afford it. 8/1/20- My mom ordered a flower/fruit/nuts basket for me for my birthday and they were delivered today. They told her they werent going to use just any peanuts from a store and the peanuts in my basket were StaterBros brand- not even brand name. They included 4 apples but couldnt even take off the stickers from the store and it wasnt wrapped properly because it was gapping open on the side. They even forgot the balloons that my mom added- those they delivered 3hrs later after she called them. My mom worked hard to save money to order this for me as a surprise. read more

Amazing service and beautiful arrangement (rainbow something?). I called them from NY - excellent customer service - they were with someone in person but called me back right away. The flowers were delivered on time to a hospital which can always be tricky. The patient had moved, but the shop called the driver and followed up with me and what was happening. The flowers made it just as promised and were stunning. Thank you so much! Previously we had ordered online from another local florist who canceled on us because it was going to the hospital which they no longer delivered to although their site gave "hospital" as an address option. So after having to go through this twice, long distance, so grateful for the kindness, the professionalism, and the follow through. Highly recommend! read more

the lady on the phone was super helpful and let me swap the roses for carnations no issue. it was meant for today 11-12 but it didn't arrive and so I called and the lady said "oh i'm so sorry i had it for tomorrow. can we just deliver it right now?" and I said yes please. they were delivered very shortly after looking fresh and beautiful. obviously ordering flowers delivered is expensive but I truly feel I got great value for my buck. read more

I initially ordered from here due to other reviews. I'm also out of state trying to get these to my mother. But goodness if I could leave no stars I would. First off the flowers I ordered look nothing like the picture. Very deceiving, it looks like a kindergartner slapped them together. The bow looks like a 99 cent store bow, not even the same bow in the picture. The lady on the phone said they can't offer me a refund, but can send a new arrangement BUT HAVE ME PAY $20 extra for the delivery person to come back and pick them up. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR FLOWERS THAT YOU MESSED UP. Then they offered me to pick a different bouquet for around the same price. I don't know what happened! I put my order in online Thursday for Saturday delivery for a celebration of life. I didn't check my confirmation until Friday night and it said I ordered delivery for December A MONTH AWAY!! I was in a panic. The shop was closed and I just knew there wasn't going to be anything they could do for me at this late stage! I was wrong!! I called first thing Saturday morning at 9am and explained what happened and that I needed the flowers delivered before noon if at all possible. Rogers Flowers came through like a miracle! Not only did they deliver the flowers before the celebration started, they were gorgeous and exactly what I was expecting! I can't say enough about how appreciative I am for how they handled the situation. I would recommend them to anyone who is lucky enough to have them in their delivery area! I've used this flower shop for years now to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day. She has always been super happy with everything we've sent her. Because I have ordered from them for years when I call now they know who I am and it makes the ordering process much faster and easier. I just give them a budget and color scheme and they put something beautiful and fresh together for me. I once ordered flowers online from Pro Flowers and was extremely disappointed, the flowers were in a box and not arranged. I learned my lesson and now only order flowers through a real florist. Years ago when I first began ordering from this place Freddy explained that if I leave it up to the designers there I will get the prettiest freshest flowers for my mom, so I do just that. I have no complaints about this place and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a florist they can trust. I have been a floral designer for almost 40 years and have also owned 2 flower shops in my lifetime and I now work at Rogers Flower Shop since I'm really too young to retire! This decades-old established flower shop was purchased last year by a 1st generation young couple who legally immigrated here from Egypt with no family other than their own young children. They are hard-working, honest, conscientious and care deeply about their customers and providing high quality flowers. They have unfortunately been misrepresented by a few bad Yelp reviewers that have Rogers Flower Shop confused with an "order-taking-only" Web Florist with a VERY similar name. My classmates and I found this award-winning designer to be knowledgeable and energetic, personable and patient. His instructions were detailed and clear. Amazing experience!! I live in Arizona and I wanted to send flowers to a friend who lives in Ontario, Canada. I accidentally put in order for delivery with this flower shop in Ontario, California only realizing after I placed my order. I called the next day letting them know I needed to cancel due to the mix up and they told me that they had florists in Canada already making the arrangement! I was born and raised in Ontario and have been using this florist since my high school prom. They have been in Ontario for as long as I can remember and have always done good by me. My aunt still lives in Ontario and I use them every year to deliver flowers for her birthday. Whenever I call I talk to Freddy and he is awesome! I had made a delivery to a woman for Ontario Canada. And I had accidentally had the address wrong and it was set for Ontario California. The store owner took the time to call me and help me through the mix up. He called the sister store in Canada, set up a new bouquet how I wanted it and even helped with the delivery time. There are flower shops in Ontario and then there is Rogers !!! I live in NC. and my beautiful love lives in CA.
