I got a matcha in the morning (a bit grainier than I like) and a protein shake in the afternoon since I missed the 3pm food cutoff (which was a little chalky for my taste). The service was a bit slow and unfocused, so I ended up waiting a bit both times. I loved that they had complimentary samples of food and drink out - and both were delicious! I have found so many other reasons. Like their awesome in store Cafe, or their great deli/meat department. They also have a remarkable wine/liquor and beer section with so many unique spirits to chose from. All this is pretty remarkable for a small grocery store. The people who work there seem to be much more invested in their job compared to a regular chain grocery store. (And are mostly adults) Yes, the cost is most likely higher than big box, but to me it's worth (at least once in a while) a few more bucks to have better choices and great service.
