Loved this grocery store - spent most of the time on the wine and spirits side of the store as I was picking up liquor for a fundraising work event. Had a great selection of liquor for reasonable prices and the wall of mini bottles was pretty cool too. Went over to the grocery side to pick up some soda and juice, shelves were stocked, clean store with lots of variety and selection of fruit, produce, deli, meats and seafood. Service was friendly for both sides of the store. read more

My favorite grocery store- every time I come in there's always fresh bakery, fresh deli, fresh pasta salads. Today I came in for a couple things and there wasn't any veggie sushi rolls. The sushi employee said give him 7 minutes and come back- he made me a fresh roll! So thoughtful, so yummy! read more

Meat left out that's been expired for a few days, also overpriced and intrusive checkout system that makes it inconvenient for quick shopping. Deli meat discolored, even the meat area smells like spoiled meat. Bad experience after coming back having not been here for a few years. read more

Excellent selection of grocery, freshly prepared food, veggies, fruits, household and beverage items. Local to be a favorite. Coming from IA there is a sticker shock, no matter where you go shopping around Sheboygan. This one keeps it somewhat in check. Clean, well organized store with a small vegan/organic section. This is my grocery store of preference in Sheboygan. Their deals are often the best. The workers are always super helpful and cheery. There's lanes where you can bag, or where they can bag for you. It's always clean and well stocked. Something that's cool about it is there's a day care area, where you can drop your kids off and shop in peace. Plus, today there were vodka samples. Best options and brands by far, especially if you are diabetic or have any allergies (all the best gluten free and sugar free brands), other medical diet, or eat natural foods. They would have even more if people would buy them! Such as the out-of-this-world gluten free fried chicken, and GF lasagna that they can no longer offer. They are actually way ahead of us, the Sheboygan public, sadly. They also stay knowledgeable about some of the best pet foods to carry. Their butcher shop is also innovative, and conscious of healthy choices and responsive to special needs, and have so many more in-house options instead of pre-packaged. A joy to shop here. Everything is quality, but not pretentious. It's like having a semi-Whole-Foods here. The staff treat you like family, not a nuisance or just an annoying job. Even me, and I'm probably a real Cairynn. They seem to actually enjoy being there. Prices are even often the same as or comparable to the global megastores, and their great sales sometimes make Festival even lower. If they don't carry a product you need, they will try to get it for you. And they answer the phone! Apparently they treat their staff well enough that they have enough employees. And each one is responsive and responsible. Never a "that's not my job". If you are a shut-in, as I currently am, and need pickup or delivery orders, you learn how good they really are. Way above and beyond anyone else in the cheerful care they take with any issues that come up. Everyone seems to take personal responsibility for their job, and if there's an issue or extra need, they don't say "Sorry, we don't do that". (Or, "What, are you kidding?") If they make the rare mistake, they will cheerfully give you something extra besides reimbursing. If you rely on online ordering, you will also appreciate how many more options the web site has than the cheapos (who should be able to afford better), and how much more information about each product, and how easy and user-friendly it is to operate. This is a great choice for Sheboygan, especially if you have medical needs or need special service, and I hope it continues to be appreciated. It may not be the cheapest, but it sure is the best. I would be a lot less healthy and happy if not for Festival. And Imagine any other chain listening to the customer and caring what products you want them to carry, like Festival does. read more

Organic produce & food options! Finding organic in Sheboygan can be a challenge. Festival has a great selection and has them grouped together in a few aisles of their own! Much easier than walking the entire store hunting for what you need. This is our new go-to for organic in Sheboygan. Also can pick up household items in one stop. Glad someone recommended it. For organic & natural foods and health products, Festival easily beats WalMart, Piggly Wiggly, Meijer and Woodlake Market. Slo Foods is also excellent. read more

Fun fact: they do not let you bring your own jars/containers to buy anything in bulk (like nuts, spices, etc.). They want you to use their plastic bags because they've previously been tared. I asked if I could just tare my jar before I put nuts in it and they said I could use my jar if I first used plastic bags, and then I could pour the food from the bag into my jar. I'm sorry but it's 2019 and we already have plastic trash everywhere. I'm trying to use less plastic. It's funny cause they have a great selection of veggie options and zero waste/eco friendly products so you would think they would be down with less plastic, but I guess not??? I hope one day they change their policy cause they could gain a lot of customers from cutting down on plastic and letting people bring their own containers to buy in bulk. read more

Festival Foods, in my opinion, is THE BEST. The employees are so kind and friendly. They just see you passing and greet you. The quality of food in the deli and their service is excellent. If you bought something that was not as you expected, they will refund you your money. If you want something special, they will come out and discuss it with you and order it In front of you as you speak, and call you when it comes in. They are always there to answer your questions. I only shop at festival. I can find everything i need in one trip. Deli is already sucked and fresh. It's the only grocery store that carries chippewa water!! I went here in tje morning to exchange 2 5 gallon water jugs as i jave done in the past. The cashier told me tne Setvice Desk was closed and he couldn't do it. I told him tbey jave done it in the past and told him the exact process. He said he did not know how tjen just flat out refused. I asked for a manager and he went upstairs and came back down and just said his manager agreed with him. I came there for that purpose only because i work 3rd shift. I wrote in a complaint and it has been a week with no reply. They don't care about their consumers. read more

Festival foods in Sheboygan always seem to have great deals in comparison to the other local grocery stores. We typically come here for lunch at work to get out and look at the variety of foods. Not really looking for something great, but something filling and different. The hot lunch is served daily and is paid for per pound. You can also find a wide range of different to go food like sushi, deli sandwiches and different chicken boxes (grilled or fried). read more

As soon as Festival Foods appeared, Walmart became a thing of the past for me. Not only is Festival Foods also open 24/7, but it's also cleaner and overall more pleasant to shop at. They have GREAT produce that's still affordable, and the fresh fish section is my go-to for home cooking. I like that they have a variety of products, like toiletries, so I can find the type of things I'd normally find at Walmart. Even though Festival Foods is slightly more expensive than Walmart, I still go here every weekend! read more

I love the service at Festival! I also absolutely love that you don't have to clip coupons from their flyers. They have the flyers in the store and you hand it to the cashier and all the coupons are automatically applied! So much better than having to clip coupons, or have a store card or sign up for store deals on line (e-clips for Pick n Save and Piggly Wiggly) Who has time for all that?? I ordered some food from the deli for a baby shower that I was having. The fried chicken was delicious. It was hot, flavorful and generous sized pieces.
