The usual and regular items are almost never out of stock, things like pasta, soup, stuffing, many kinds of canned goods, candy, cookies, chips, and a super large condiment aisle with things that could be used for cooking adventures, BBQ, sauces and creative seasoning. They were excellent. This time, we also ordered an extra cup of the coating for a little more dipping. A fun treat after a busy day. Service: We received terrific service. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles, and our cones were ready quickly. Atmosphere: Unfortunately, this is where the experience fell short. The dining area didn't appear to be well maintained. Several tables were sticky, and there was litter on the floor. It really needs someone keeping an eye on the dining room to make sure it stays clean throughout the day. The biggest disappointment, however, was the restroom. As soon as I walked into the men's room, I noticed an unpleasant odor. The plumbing fixtures have clearly seen better days and could use some attention. We have been having trouble finding really good short ribs in the Chicago area. They also have nice little round doggie bones that are the perfect size. My Mom actually has her own personal butcher who really takes care of her. It's rare to find this kind of service in a grocery store today.
