He returned my call at 3:30pm and advised me my prescriptions would be ready within the hour. I arrived at the pharmacy at 4:45pm. I was told by an unnamed pharmacy employee that one script (of 3) was filled. I advised her that there should be 3 and her reply was "yeah, and one is ready" I explained how I spoke to Mohamed and he advised me they would be ready in an hour. At this point we are at almost 5:00pm. I sat and waited while she did lord only knows what. What I DID see her do was completely ignore an elderly woman for 10 minutes who left the pharmacy counter. She and Mohamed then tried to justify their "promised" time of 5:09pm (this time was "promised" when Ms. unnamed no name tag started the expedited/waiting process. When I offered up my call log she had no response. Every single time there is a prescription issue HE IS INVOLVED. Please do your corporation a favor and get rid of him.

The pharmacists loudly asked me to "verify" my condition in front of other customers, which put me in a vulnerable spot. Their tone was "are you sure" that I had [fill in the blanks], and they wanted to know what I was using the medication for, even though THEY clearly knew what it was for. Only later, after sobbing into a puddle of tears, in the parking lot, speaking to my doctor on the phone that I found out that the pharmacy had called THEM just prior in order to verify my condition WHILE I was waiting to be called for my medication. The fact that they called my doctor is understandable and it made sense, but then they preceded to embarass me in front of a long line of customers in the pharmacy where my neighbors probably also go to? I asked why they were asking me this and provided a mumbo jumbo answer. Well, my truth to God answer for them is that, up to my long and living years, and up to that waking moment, I've not yet met a group of inhumane AND unintelligent human beings put together. Never have I met a group of healthcare professionals, so unprofessional, unkind and with a lack of empathy, that disregarded the sensitive information of their customers. Forget the hippocratic oath, Walgreens has the hyprocrisy oath. Never again!

One associate hunted in the store and online for one supplement with no luck, but all the rest were steeply discounted. One prescription was awaiting some details before it could be filled, but staff unsuccessfully checked for my provider one more time. Throughout staff were pleasant and professional. Today when I returned for the script, I was greeted by name by Cesar who let me know that he had called again without luck, but would try again while I was there. 5 minutes later I left with my prescription in hand. The group behind the counter worked as a highly functional team. Well done!

I switched to about 8 months to Hyatt and every time I needed the refill request from my doctors…read morethey were always sending the request to Aurora. Even after me stating at least twice a month I switched to Ascension. My previous doctors from Aurora would call and say to me I needed to reestablish care with them before they would consider giving the authorization to fill the script. I have some serious medical conditions such as a seizure disorder anxiety depression diabetes and stage 3 kidney disease. So this kind of mistakes were life threatening and caused me to be hospitalized several times due Hyatt's error in communication. I'm in the process now of switching pharmacies before I DIE WAITING ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY‼ Thinking about obtaining a lawyer so they can pay my last 2 hospital bills plus pain and suffering.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been here twice in the last two days…read moreattempting to pick up my husband's prescriptions and there's been a line of 10+ people each time that is painfully slow. In both instances, when I finally reached the front of the line, none of my prescriptions were ready, even though they had been ordered multiple hours or even the day before. They both had some type of hold off where I was told to wait another 30 minutes and get back in line. It didn't help that one of the pharmacists I spoke with, was incredibly rude and said one prescription wasn't in stock and offered no timeframe or other solution.

I wanted to stop here for a while and finally made it in. This is a dispensary so they carry hemp in oil, caplets, edibles, and the actual bud minus the THC. The hemp can help with pain, sleep, seizures, and many other medical issues. The owner was very helpful. You can't enter without an ID that they scan in. My oldest had to wait in the car.
