We didn't want her paying two costs so "clear the room by tomorrow if possible" Last time she moved we used her care facilities own crew and it had cost many thousands of dollars, this was different but similar and we decided to make it happen our own way. Junkluggers was a name offered from her care facility (in a confusion of email I though the recommendation came from a family member, nice mix up). I like green so I started here and after a phone walk through furniture count with Junkluggers got a reasonable quote. They also were able to have their crew on site at 8am the next morning, perfect for our needs and I am a morning guy so great. I meet them and get an on site estimate that is a couple hundred under my phone estimate and we are off to the races at 8am! These two young men are polite, have a big truck, strong young backs and are very hard working. In two hours my mother in laws second floor apartment is empty and I am tipping these guys for a nice lunch, job very well done. After that job, Junkluggers has become my So Cal junk removal company ! ! !

That's when I hopped on yelp to see who wanted to take on the glorious task of taking away the junk I thought was so important to have laying around for years. After calling about three different companies on a Friday night, 1-800-Got Junk got back to me with being able to stop by the next morning. On the day of the pickup, the tech showed up on time and after explaining the process and pricing, he got to work. Not only did he get everything, he also cleaned the entire area of where all our junk had been. Extra brownie points because he was so friendly with my toddler, and even gave him a foam 1-800- Got Junk truck! 3 weeks later and my toddler still takes it everywhere with him!
