I can only imagine a scene in a movie like Mission Impossible, where there's a planning scene "You'll have 30 seconds to remove the feet from the couch. 60 seconds to get the couch out the door. Five seconds max to use the Allen wrench for each foot of the dining table." And the movie goes back and forth between the planning and actual mission. There was a two hour window for the pickup. They called 30 minutes before arrival. Less than five minutes two couches and dining room table were gone. Found this company on Yelp. After some research, I liked that they would possibly donate furniture if it was still in good condition. I contacted them on a Sunday and they said they would be in my area the next morning and could give me an onsite estimate and remove the furniture, if I agreed with the price. They called me well within the two hour window given, to tell me they were on the way. Upon arrival, they assessed the pieces I wanted removed. I was quoted a price which I found to be reasonable and they took some other items that I thought about, after my initial request. I had an oversized hot tub I needed removed from my backyard. I called Junk King and Nate and Roylee showed up the next day to look at the spa and after negotiating a very fair price, the two of them managed to get the tub out in 15-20 minutes. Being that the hot tub had to weigh close to a half ton, they called for assistance and Ryan and Paul arrived in 5 minutes to assist lifting this monster into the truck. These guys are amazing! They removed two piles of gravel and sand from my driveway. Super quick, and the price was surprisingly low, especially considering how tough it would have been to handle it myself and have to go to the dump and pay those fees too. We had two metal shelving units in our garage that were about 7 feet tall and weighed about 150 lbs each. I sent a text to Junk King with photos and all the details, and they responded with a quote within a half hour. It all looked good, so we went ahead and scheduled a pickup time for a few days later. On the day of the pickup, Alex and Abner arrived at our doorstep. They were both very polite, friendly and articulate. They made sure to answer any questions we had before beginning work, and were very efficient in loading the units on to their truck. They also gave me an estimate for a work bench I may have them haul away at a later date. This company was great! I live in a condo with an association and have been waiting for republic services to pick up my bulk trash for a week. I called junk King out of desperation because my association will start charging me for trash being on the curb.
