In this high heat and humidity, my health was at risk so getting it fixed was the most important thing to me. I turned to the company I bought it from, US Oxygen in Boca Raton, FL. For the next 10 days, I called them at least a dozen times. No one ever answered the phone, and it seems my many voice mails were just unread or ignored. They never gave me the courtesy of a response. I was growing more frantic every day and was in great discomfort! I then contacted a local company and was told that I needed to get a requisition for a work order from the people I bought my Focus from. They did, however, offer me the name of the manufacturers, but that seemed to be of little help in this instance. There seemed to be nowhere to turn - and my health was growing worse with each hot, steamy day. In quiet despair, I reviewed my past emails (thank God I save all of mine!) and came across one I had forgotten all about. It was to a person at Caire, Inc., in Georgia, who had helped me to get a new cable for my air machine three years previously. (At that time, the salesman I bought it from did help me, but as I said, no one contacted me after my repeated emails this time.) Taking a chance, I called her office and a wonderful woman by the name of Cathy Mills not only answered my call, but little less than two weeks later, I had my Focus air machine fixed and returned to me in great working order! Backstory: It turned out that Caire, Inc., is the maker of the AirSep Focus, whose factory is located in Buffalo, NY. i think that Caire, Inc., in GA is the middleman, who sells these units to companies. Ms. Mills was able to bypass the rule that the seller must request a work order, and she saw to it that within 10 days after first talking to her, I had my Focus repaired and back in my possession. Let me assure everyone that IF you decide to purchase something as vital and as expensive as a portable air machine, be very careful about buying online, or out of your immediate area! It is appalling that the company I bought mine from ignored my pleas for help - and they are located more than 1000 miles from me. I learned my lesson the really hard way!! Thank God for people such as Cathy Mills, whose efficient and expedient help saved me from a really bad health crisis and well as my $2000 air machine! Luckily, it was still under warranty so it didn't cost me a cent. As far as I am concerned, Caire, Inc. deserves a medal for the way they handled a customer. And, Cathy Mills deserves all of the kudos allowable and my undying thanks. If you are in the market for an AirSep Focus, you would do well to call Caire, Inc., in Georgia, and ask for Cathy Mills.

Jasper Drugs seems like the only small town pharmacy left. There can be little quirks, as with any…read morebusiness that is locally run, but they aren't things what would ever cause me to switch to one of the large, impersonal, pharmacies, EVER! They aren't going to have your bread and milk, like if you went to Kroger, but what they do have is a staff that will always recognize you with a smile. They see you from the pharmacy area when you walk in. The staff will help you with any question! Anything!! Jack has helped with things like; the best remedy for poison ivy, not just lotion, but actual, simple remedies that still really do work, assessing the issues with my aching shins, and providing a long-term solution, and so much more! And I'm always amazed at how quickly they fill my prescriptions! I don't have to worry that if I stop on my way to somewhere I'm going to be waiting forever,or that I'll have to stop in my way back to pick it up. I'm always able to get things filled on the first try! And when I ran out of my thyroid meds,and it was totally my fault, (a real problem considering I have no thyroid) Duane was able to lend me what I needed, immediately, until I could get with my doctor for a new prescription. This kind of small town care and convenience is becoming more and more difficult to find, so any day I have to go to Jasper Drugs, is a day that makes me happy to I live where I do! Thank goodness for this small town pharmacy! (And anything negative that you read has been left by someone who either doesn't understand how stuff works, or by someone who didn't do their part right and needed to pin the blame elswhere! I get it, stuff happens.) Trust me! Once you've been there, you simply won't want to go to any other pharmacy! There's a reason people keep going back,and that they have won small business of the year! It just doesn't get any better than the small town pharmacy on the corner of Main Street, USA!

My son has an allergy to…read morea certain ingredient, & when I couldn't find a pharmacy to give me his prescription without the ingredient (Dr. even notated on the script to NOT give him the ingredient because he's allergic, and that it was not necessary for the medication.) Jessica got his medication sorted out for me and FAST. She ran through the hoops with the doctor, the insurance, and other pharmacy, she compounded his medication herself to be sure the ingredient he's allergic to was omitted from the medication. She got all of this done in a matter of FOUR HOURS. Maybe even less. I actually went ahead & just switched my entire family to Jasper Drug while I was there because I was so happy with the way I was treated and FINALLY taken seriously about my son's allergy. Jessica is 10/10, and she deserves a raise.

They made an appt for me (it was months later as they were booked solid) I went through another eye exam and was told that since they could correct my vision 100% through glasses, I was not qualified because insurance wouldn't cover surgery. OK. As I was leaving, I had to pay my copay (not cheap!), and it was submitted for insurance. And guess what? Insurance didn't cover the opthalmologist visit because it was a non-referred specialist. Um yeah - Jasper Eye Associates made the appt....wouldn't that be a referral? Sigh. This appears to be the only eye game in town and I still can't see.

We saw 3 staff members. No one offered to wait on us. After requesting that Mom's foot be measured, staff member had to hunt up the tool. Was necessary to request that second foot be measured. Because the shoes we were interested in were at the opposite end of the same isle, staff member cleared off bench in front of the shoes, told us we could move to the area in front of the shoes (Mom is 87 and already had shoes removed). Even though I had sudden multiple floaters in one eye. They told me to go to the emergency room if it got worse. I called Dawson Eye Group and they told me to immediately come over because this could be an emergency situation. Thankfully, it was not a retinal detachment. I'm so impressed with this office! I felt truly cared for by Dr Kelly Dasinger as well as the ladies at the front desk and the nurses! I'll never go anywhere else!!!
