All the staff are so helpful, pleasant, respectful and are all ready to help you on the phone or in person. They wear masks and follow all the guide lines for saftey with the covid virus. They deliver supplies to your house on time or will go out of their way to make a special trip to your house if needed. They all have been so helpful to me for years of needing medical supplies for my Mom & Dad. They are also very knowledgeable on all the different medical insurance companys and what is covered. I always had a great experience with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs medical supplys and help with questions. They are the best and all lives matter to them. Do not ever call this place and expect anyone to answer the phone. Dont ever leave a message asking for a call back. Neither of those things will happen. The place is dirty and unkept. Quite the dump. My many attempts to reach them (at least 4) resulted in no success. My advise, find another medical supply office. read more

The guy that works there was very rude and condescending. We understand there's lots of paperwork when dealing with Medicare but we said we will bypass them and pay cash. The representative made a comment like, "It must be nice to pay cash.". We work hard for what we have and making a comment like this is uncalled for and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It has been almost two months and multiple phone calls with them telling me different things. Same song and dance as the previous comments on Yelp. My insurance company tried to call them, and they said they were waiting on my doctor's office to fax over what they needed, but that had been faxed over and confirmed by them that they had it. The last conversation I had with them they verified they had submitted my order to BCBS. But the insurance agent stated this was not true. Here it is back to the same conversation, they are waiting on my doctor's office. I am dumbfounded at how inept this company is. I am asking my doctor to send my order to another company. I will NEVER use this company, and I will warn everyone to stay away. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For 6 months now they have dragged on and on with an order for a CPAP machine that my doctor sent to them. First, when I initially called to find out what they needed from me in order to get my CPAP, I was told that they would contact me when everything was ready so they could complete the order. Nearly 3 go by and I still had heard nothing. I called my doctor's office to see if they knew anything. The office called the supply company and then told me to call them because they were still waiting on my co-pay. Never heard a word from them about being ready for a co-pay. They said "oh well your machine is in stock, ready to ship but we have no co-pay." I made said co-pay, right then. That same day, I signed the documents they needed, electronically. A week later, I followed up. Still no equipment. I get told that they have been trying to contact my doctor's office because the notes on the account were nearly a year old. The original notes probably were. However, the doctor showed me where the notes had been updated when the results of the sleep study were entered which is when the order was submitted, originally to another supplier that didn't accept my insurance and then to this place. Hung up. Called my doctor's office again. That day, updated notes were faxed to the supply company. I followed up today. I was told that my doctor's office had NOT sent those notes and that I needed to follow up with them. I'm the customer but it is MY job to get all this stuff straightened out?! I then got transferred to the finance office when I demanded a refund for my co-pay and they promptly hung up on me. On the 3rd call back, I finally spoke to someone that told me that they would process my request for a refund. Of course, in true fashion for their pace, it would take 7-10 business days to see a refund. I would NEVER deal with this company again and I highly recommend that no one else does. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Been trying to get the correct CPAP for my husband for 3 months and not only do they play the blame game , blaming everything on the Doc which was totally untrue, then did not return phone calls and absolutely did not tell me the truth, saying they ordered the proper mask and then I find out yesterday from the supplier that it was not ordered. They are a disgrace and should not be in business. I called back asking for the office manager as well as the CPAP rep, neither returned my call. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. read more

I hate dealing with these people! My spouse requires oxygen and oxygen equipment. Pickens County Medical Supply (PCMS) is the only local supplier for Jasper, GA. First they cut back on home oxygen tank deliveries form weekly to monthly, then they eliminated delivery completely. This means either myself, or my daughter, has to drive to their office to drop off empty tanks and pick up oxygen tanks when necessary. This means handling 30 large tanks regularly, which is a PITA, Plus sometimes they are completely out of full tanks. My spouse's doctor approved her for a small portable oxygen concentrator machine a year and a half ago. She has still to receive one from PCMS, despite at least a dozen phone calls and doctor authorizations. We're now told it's on back-order... really? I just received a letter from PCMS's parent company (Rotech) telling us that our insurance company was refusing to pay for my spouse's O2 equipment, and that we had to return the equipment within the next 30 days. There was no telephone number, name, or contact info on the letter from Rotech. I called PCMS to ask why I'd received this letter. First I was hung up on (twice) before anyone actually answered the phone. Then the person I spoke to put me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back and was then told that it because they had not received an "authorization" from my wife's doctor. I asked PCMS why this was the first we were hearing about this (4 mths into the year)? I was told that they/Rotech had tried to contact us 3 times (which is baloney, as there's usually someone home to answer the telephone and when there's not the answering machine picks up). I was then told that either PCMS, or someone from Rotech, would call me back and tell me what was required. That was 3 days ago. I have called PCMS twice since and only get their answering machine. I've left messages and still no one ever returns my call. I don't know why they/Rotech aren't calling the doctor directly if they need an authorization. Why do I have to do it? PCMS has horrible customer service, has terrible management and every time I visit their office there seems to be a completely new staff is working there. This place is a joke. Other than driving to Canton, I don't have much of a choice but to use PCMS, but if you do be prepared for lots of aggravation and poor service. If they don't get this "authorization" thing straightened out they can forget about getting their equipment returned. I'm only rating PCMS 1 star because it won't let me give no stars. read more

Worst Experience I've ever had, bar none. it is now May 17th, and I have been trying unsuccessfully to obtain a CPAP replacement mask since the last week of April. Everyone I spoke to gave me a different story. First they said they didn't receive the records from my prior provider. These had to be sent three times. then they said they needed a prescription from Dr. That was sent. Then they said the Dr. didn't include enough information, and my doctor had to submit additional information. Then they let it sit in their office almost a week before submitting it to "Sleep Central" which is apparently their supplier for CPAP masks. Sleep Central guaranteed me that they had all the info they needed and I would receive my mask in 3- 5 days. After almost another week, I called today, and guess what? Supposedly, they are no longer a Medicare competitive bidder, so they cannot complete my order!!! (They KNEW I had Medicare from DAY 1) I need to start the entire process with another company now. Oh and by the way, I can no longer use my old mask since the rubber around the face mask is completely shot and will not hold suction. I plan on reporting to Medicare as well. read more
