The inside is more on the spa side than the physical therapy theme for sure. There's a little waiting area with chairs where you can hang out before your masseuse comes out to get you. They have a lot of treatment rooms towards the back of the house where some you have to walk up and down stairs to just note that if you have mobility issues. The room was lit comfortably. The massage bed looked a little dated. Luckily there were some good parts like it having a heat source under it. I was asked by my RMT whether I wanted it on or off. I had a 50 minute massage. Paul made sure to ask me about what my concerns were so he would be able to focus the treatment method. He didn't try to chat much during the process but did ask if the pressure was okay at certain points. They actually have a special rate for an introductory massage that is $80 before tax. They offer other services at intro prices for facials and the hot stone massage. Overall it was a good massage. I think if I paid full price I wouldn't have been as pleased with it but still good.

A few months after I finished up my sessions, my sister was having a different issue and I recommended this clinic to her. Catherine at reception, invited her in for a free consultation the same day she called. After a few days, Catherine followed up with her to make sure she was doing okay and was extremely flexible in booking an appointment for her if she chose to do so. They were also very honest in assessing her noting that the issue she had was not a muscle issue and therfor could not be resolved with physiotherapy. I truly appreciated. how knowledgeable and patient they were with both myself and my sister for our different needs.
