Automatic rent increase. I was informed that just because my size is in high demand locally they can do that. For a place that none of the doors work with your code and you have to walk all the way around to gain access seems a bit off reach. My unit is a smaller to I can easily downsize but this is notification for future tenants to get assigned lease where increases cannot be done! I forget of mentioned I had only had the unit for 2 months before the doubled the rent!!!! Bait and switch is what they did!!! I am half tempted to contact the state to find out if this is illegal! This is just a warning for all who consider this place is a good place or a good deal!!!! Shady company!!! I cannot unfortunately respond to the response from the owner.
