They have a good selection of breads including loaves, focaccias and rolls. The pastries are very nice, with croissants, danishes, cookies and scones. There is also a cooler with ready to bake quiches and pizzas. Service is nice and casual, although the service area is compact but they keep things moving. I also appreciate there is a rack with half priced day old breads. When you have really high quality bread you can still enjoy it a day later. Quite a surprise to find such a nice bread bakery in a somewhat out of the way place. If you are in the area well worth a stop to enjoy some great baked goods and stock up.

I picked up the order the day of the party and was only shown a portion of the cake, it didn't look great but I needed to get to work so we loaded everything into my car and I went on my way. Once I got to work and started to take everything out of the box I noticed that the cake was covered in hair! I was mortified because I had to throw it away and now was without a cake for 20 people. I sent photos and was told I would be given a full refund. A few days later I checked back to see how long the refund would take and she said FYI I am only refunding you for the cake. This company is not a company of their word and does not do good work.

The shop is a simple, no-frills type of place, but wow are their cakes fantastic. Our favorite is their "Ho Ho Cake" which is made similar to a Hostess Ho-Ho. Their rich chocolate cake has fluffy cream and different consistencies of chocolate between the layers. As far as prices go, they aren't exorbitant, especially for what you get, but I wouldn't buy one of their gourmet cakes to use at your baby's first birthday as a smash cake, if you know what I mean. We mainly buy Palottas for special occasions, and everyone always raves about how amazing the cake is. They actually made my wedding cake almost 8 years ago, and it was perfection!
