Paid $5k to start, $5k for outdoor kitchen pieces (still haven't received $1.4k fridge, and then asked for another $7.5k after frame & gas work ($7.5k held for end). Work started in June 25, as of 13 Sept got lawyer involved. After initial post he reached out for explanation which was approved and he didn't contact when he said. I was told he has issues with multiple businesses and some folks have reached out to complain directly to me. Now with continuing work we are finding tons of mistakes and having to hire folks to fix it.

What started in May 2025 as a routine construction project quickly turned into a six-month nightmare that devastated our home and peace of mind. As of October 16, 2025, our front, side, and backyard still look like an abandoned construction site. Ryan collected the majority of the payment upfront, yet completed less than 15% of the work. He never secured the necessary permits, ignored basic timelines, offered excuse after excuse when asked for updates and admitted to avoiding our phone calls. What's worse, Ryan admitted to using our money for other projects and advertising -- in his own words, he "borrowed from Peter to pay Paul." This kind of financial mismanagement is unacceptable and incredibly unethical. When we asked for a plan to finish the job, he told us he couldn't make one because he had no money and no upcoming work. His solution? He asked us for even more money and said we could take a lien against his house in New Braunfels, TX. We seriously doubt his family is aware their home is being offered as collateral. Since then, we've been contacted by other customers and subcontractors he owes money to -- clearly, this isn't an isolated case. Ryan presents himself as a Christian and a trustworthy businessman, but our experience was the complete opposite. He is, quite frankly, a wolf in sheep's clothing. He lacks honesty, professionalism, and any sense of accountability. Do yourself a favor: do a thorough background check before hiring him. We wish we had. Learn from our mistake and avoid Ryan Thurman of 3:12 Custom Exteriors at all costs.

Plus lots of door prizes! One of the comments I caught that night is that the younger generations are not interested in keeping up the traditions (for various reasons)... if this keeps happening, the traditions of language, dance, art will be lost forever. This org is here to support the local Native American community and it really is up to us to support them as well. Yanaguana Mission Heritage Tours are also hosted by AITSCM. What better way to see the missions as to be guided by local decedents of the Missions. I have been to the San Antonio missions on many occasions, but today I went on a guided tour by the…read moreAmerican Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions (AITSCM) and it really was awesome. They didn't focus too much on the architecture, etc., instead they focused on what life was really like for the American Indians and the cultural issues that still exist today. A lot of history was covered, and they spoke about their current mission to bring cultural awareness to the public and the descendants of the American Indians who lived and worked at the missions. We met at Mission San Jose and after touring that one, we boarded a bus for the other three missions. Ramon was our guide and it is obvious he has a passion (and a wealth of knowledge) about his ascendants and passing the culture on to future generations. We learned SO much that we never knew about. At the end of the tour, his mother had some cultural dishes prepared for us to sample and they were REALLY good. Ramon and his sons also sang a couple of traditional ceremonial songs and performed a ceremonial dance to one of them. Keep in mind, the American Indians of South Texas were not like the stereotypical American Indians you see in the movies and on television. Don't expect to see what you have seen in pop media. Ramon, his mother, and his sons are all AWESOME. To sum it up, I have to say I came away with a lot of new knowledge and was very enlightened. Took my machine in to be serviced after spending a weeks trying to decide on a business to take it…read moreto, as it's a machine given to me by my husbands grandmother and really wanted it to be treated well, and not only did they take care of my machine quickly, taking it before close on a Saturday and having it ready Monday before close, they also had extremely reasonable prices, were very detailed in their notes and had great prices on replacing my bobbin cover and thread knife. They were also very kind waited a few extra minutes for my husband to make it to the store past their closing time to pick up my machine and even mentioned they have classes that seem very affordable I am looking forward to signing up for. Can not recommend this place enough I am very grateful and will make the 45 min drive over to this location anytime over any other stores in my area
