I drive by this business almost every single day! I assumed it was outdoor rustic patio decor (only) . I was wrong! It is so much more! They actually have a lot of furniture inside! The amount of selection they have is overwhelming! Very beautiful and unique pieces! Although it is overwhelming it is so cool and fun to browse around! This place is eclectic and has the southern ranch feel to most of its furniture. It is mostly imported from Mexico and can be altered in house. After browsing a few times, we settled on a piece we liked for a behind the couch buffet. Problem was... this was configured as a free standing bar. We loved the height and length and style for our use. Spoke with Emanuel and he offered to make alterations to the piece in order for it to suit our usage. He even offered to change the color slightly as well. The alterations were included in the sticker price as advertised on the piece. Took about 3 weeks total for the alterations and delivery. Emanuel and a helper delivered the piece and got it in the house with out issue. Will be back to shop for future pieces. We loved looking at all the cool metal wall/yard art. read more

I bought a huge gorgeous mexican pot a few months ago and specifically ask the owner (a man) about it chipping, I was assured it would not. It did after only about 4 months outside. I went back and ask about it, spoke with Camilla and Daisy, they were super nice and gave great customer Service. They exchanged the pot for another and Daisy actually told me what to do to help it from cracking. I have bought a couple things from here, including a nice large mirror and like the place! I would recommend it to others, after my experience! Thank You Camilla and Daisy! I will add, when I actually came back with the pot, the lady at the counter / cash register was not near as friendly as Camilla and Daisy, assuming she is the owners wide! read more

This store has a great selection of everything Mexican! I'm giving this review 5 stars though because of the customer service. I bought a bathroom vanity with a copper top. The plumbers I had hired to install it couldn't get the drain I had purchased installed correctly. They showed me how the predrilled hole was not "properly sized." I called Rustic Unlimited and Emanuel came out the next day with someone to do what my plumber couldn't do correctly. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and quick! Very much appreciated. read more

Worst customer service I ever encountered. I am a designer and didn't know if a sink would fit my project - and if a set I bought would work. It didn't, so I brought it all back. About $500 worth of merchandise, within two weeks with receipt. They looked at each other and pointed to a sign on a shelf behind some stuff that said "no returns." I said - you are kidding! Why didn't you say anything when I told you I didn't know if the sink would fit? Nothing. After me getting upset, the owner agreed to refund some of the money. Basically, he rote me a check for $134 after a LOT of arguing! He deducted what the debit card fee was even - $30. When I went to take the check to cash it at his bank - they had set up an ADDITIONAL fee for $7.50!!! Unbelievable! BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy from this place under any circumstances. read more

I purchased a beautiful tv console which was quite large in fact. Emmanuel did not negotiate on the price but did deliver it within hours of my purchase at no additional cost. First time in this store and absolutely fell in love! As for the other customer making a fuss about returning a sink, you should take responsibility for not checking yourself if you knew it might not fit.
