Her spine was sticking out and the dog was dehydrated and starving,..... Call to the idiot breeder were always, "she will be fine" they all have worms,.... The dog was so sick, with eyelids rolling inward needing surgery costing over $2,000 to properly repair. This breeder should NOT be breeding Chow's with these genetic issues. RUN the other way,..... She never would return calls once she spoke with us ONCE ! Waste of time and waste of money,..... We love our puppy as anyone would due to the neglect it makes us love her more. The Breeder should go back to McDonalds and serve crap food, like she breeds.
