It's my first mothers day and they had a Mothers Day event happening. I booked for myself and several other family members only for Mega Pickleball to cancel the event and notify us at 11pm on Friday night. Of course no managers work on weekends so it was tough for me to get a hold of anyone to help me with the questions I had. When I finally did get a hold of someone (Jean Ryan) they said a very short "I'm sorry" and told me they would help me still reserve a court for today. I reached out to confirm that this was done and no response. I had to wait to call the location to ask if there was a reservation for me and of course they did not have one. This really hurt my first mothers day experience and obviously it's been pretty difficult trying to find other places with lunch reservations and things to do last minute. I understand this may be a one time thing, and maybe their service is better on a typical day when they don't have any events or anything, but this was enough for me to try never go there again and tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

You might notice a fishing dock (I would not recommend eating anything caught but that's just me) and some water flowing over rocks (when it's not too dry). Along the northern side of the park are some fenced-in Pickleball courts that are usually quite busy. Maybe nothing special but still a good spot for some R&R.
