After an exhaustive afternoon of panicked calls, Wild Petals came thru for me. I live in California and my Auntie lives in Waukesha, WI. Even after several reminders I still.forgot.to get an order out that would send her well wishes for her 80th birthday. With the 2 hr time difference , the odds were not in my favor. Many florists were already closing for the day and or had completed delivery and the drivers were gone. After sharing with the owner how special my need was for a milestone Birthday she personally not only nonly.made the arrangement for that day to be delivered, but she dropped it off herself. What?!?!?! I'm just over the moon with that. Who does this kinda stuff anymore? THEY DO!!! Luan worked closely with my mother while I was out of town (I live in Seattle) to arrange a surprise addition of protea -- a flower native to my husband's home country of South Africa -- to the table centerpieces and my bouquet. During our initial consultation, I could only tell her that I wanted, "green, spiky things, solid stuff, nothing too fluffy" -- I'm an engineer who missed out on my mom's green thumb. She just 'got it' and showed me plenty of options that fit the bill and fit the budget. Everything on the day of was gorgeous, fresh, and better than I had pictured. AND Luan was there to give bouquet 'pointers' all the way up to my walk down the aisle (seriously; she was the one holding my dress and veil as I began to walk to ensure it fell correctly). I would recommend Bank of Memories and Flowers for anything from a 'thinking of you' arrangement to a big, fat wedding.

Even showed pictures of what wanted. Difference between boutineers and corsages was a bow but price was $6. They used one huge ugly grey green rose ( supposed to be purple) that was so heavy wouldn't stay up. Brides bouquet was to be white and ivory roses with at least 20% purple flowers it, no purple but sea lavender filler and yellowish roses. Also wanted a nice cascade but it was a bush style. Even had on fb about movement which knew didn't want that style. BM bouquets were to be purple with 20-25 % white. No white and gave a blue pink look. she said bc of camera but the eye doesn't lie. Medium center pieces had no cream in as well and low ones were just some greens around the candles with sea lavender and no real flowers for 65$ Complained after wedding and she said should of said day of. Seriously what were they going to do it all over again. No just get us more upset the day of wedding and upset the bride more. My wife placed an online delivery order. Contacted the next morning the delivery was outside their…read moredelivery zone and the item ordered was not available. After failing to place my order with an affiliate they told me there was a $12 cancellation charge. After realizing the true error was the website accepting an out of state order and even if it was local they lacked the vase, I asked for a full refund which was rejected and argued with. Poor customer service and a bad experience. Any other business website would reject the order immediately for both reasons (location and inventory) Based on the fee I suspect this is intentional and a revenue stream.
