It's always clean and set up more like a boutique than the other stores. HOWEVER I may need to start going else whereas there are multiple sections in the store I am unable to shop. The clothing racks that are one on top of another make it impossible for the elderly to get out of there with out a backache, sitting on the floors to view the bottom of the racks and having shoulder pain after trying to view the top. Everytime I have been in and need to shop the high racks customers will start small talk about the annoyance of these racks. I unfortunately cannot do it anymore. I'm leaving 5 stars as the store is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The store is just not built for ladies my age, sometimes I leave the store with my back and shoulders in pain. DONATION CENTER REVIEW ONLY:…read more This week, I stopped by the Goodwill in Stratford to drop off some donations at their center. This was my first time dropping off at this location. Overall, it was an easy process with the self-service receipt kiosks. The donation center is around the back of the building. Drive towards the left side of the building (you'll see the car wash in the next lot). Drive until you see the bay with the hanging plastic dividers. Once you get closer, you'll see handwritten signs and know you're in the right place. The self-service kiosks are to your right once you enter. This is a huge store/processing center, so there are a lot of workers there and they are busy. When I got there though, I still got assistance from someone (which I was grateful for). I haven't checked out the store in the front yet, but it's on my to-do! (Thrift store lover for life)
