The credit went okay but I still needed the dog food. They said I needed to place the order online again. So I did. After waiting outside the store for 10 minutes, I asked if they received my order. They did but they were processing the orders in order. I'm standing outside. The others are not. 10 more minutes pass by. They are continuing to ignore the fact I'm outside and they are totally going to not accommodate me. 5 more minutes and I'm rapping on the door to just pick up the shampoo I paid for and was going to leave. On the receipt it says Gisselle. She gave me attitude and never apologized for the wait. No thank you or anything. I'll remember to never approach her for anything further when the stores reopen. Again, the staff are normally very helpful and courteous but Gisselle went over the top to ensure she was going to delay me on getting my order.

We purchased most of her toys here on excellent recommendations from staff. This is from prior to picking up our pup. She loves and plays with all of them. Later we purchased a raincoat for her and recently a winter coat. Rens staff are always on hand to make sure we are purchasing the right size and recommend the best brand. What should have been a routine grooming led to a nightmare: my dog developed post-grooming furunculosis, a severe bacterial infection that entered through her hair follicles and began eating away the skin on her back. Despite aggressive treatment and over $18,000 in vet bills, I had to say goodbye to my best friend just two days ago. This wasn't just bad luck--it was preventable. I reached out to the groomer multiple times to ask what products were used so my vet could understand what happened. I was ignored. The lack of accountability and transparency has been infuriating and heartbreaking. The trauma, pain, and grief my dog, myself, and my family have endured over the past year are beyond words. I feel robbed of the years we still should have had together. She was 65 lbs healthy and only 38 lbs by the end. The stress and pain she went through here sparked the end of it all. She came back confused, stressed... not wanting to eat, walk, play, or do anything. Please don't risk your pet's life. What happened to us started with one simple appointment. Went to this store location and met with a worker who told me to try out a sucker fish to help clean my beautiful beta fish's tank... two days later my beautiful boy Pierre is covered in spots and his lifeless body floated to the bottom, he was dead. The next day, I found my sucker fish, Jean Valijean, at the bottom of my tank... ALSO dead... pure white, stiff, and lifeless. He is now in my freezer so I can bring him back and get my money back. Extremely upset over my tank and beautiful fish, will not be buying another fish from petsmart, not worth the risk.

I told them I know how to ride and they gave me a horse named Ryan, who was really sluggish and required tons of leg work to keep up with the group. It was absolutely exhausting and super frustrating. We came by here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and I did not enjoy it. My husband and was given a different horse named Ranger, and he didn't have to do anything to keep his horse moving. He had a much better experience than me. Another con is they don't let you interact with the horses before the ride or after the ride. I would have liked to be able to pet the horses or pet them and get some close ups with the horses. When you are on the trail ride they take your photo at two spots and this is included with admission cost. However we paid full price and I heard other people say how much they paid and they had used a groupon and paid half as much as us. After the ride, they offered us a promo to come back but I did not take the flyer because I did not want to go back. I feel bad writing this review because I don't want anything bad to happen to any of the horses if their business does badly but I did not have a good time. I don't recommend riding the horse named Ryan. The company also said to not to bring your phones but everyone else brought their phones. I was disappointed I didn't have mine.
