I waited for 6/7 weeks and heard nothing. I called around week 4 to see when they would be shipped and was told there wasn't any tracking info. When I called back 2/3 weeks later I was told they were delivered 2 days before my original call. Frustrating that I spent money and time to end up empty handed.

After reading my review, a fellow Yelper kindly suggested Robyn. Seeing that she specializes in babies and infants, I actually wasn't too sure about using her (at 20 yrs old, I am the youngest in my family) since my family portrait would consist of only adults. She has this holiday deal going on - a mini session with one 8x10 for $50, plus an additional discount on any extra photos. We arranged to meet on a Saturday at the clubhouse at some neighborhood in the area, where she already had some backdrops set up. Turns out, the day was absolutely gorgeous, and so we also headed outside for a few shots, all of which turned out to be spectacular! (I really think that Robyn should post one of our pictures here on Yelp too!! :) ) I wouldn't hesitate to call up Robyn again for our next family portrait. She was super easy to work with, and ordering the photos from her website was a breeze. If I could afford it, I would print a bazillion photos and send them out to everyone that I know, if only to brag on my awesome pictures! :)

He told me he would have my photos in about 2 weeks, 2 weeks past I didn't hear from him. I had to contact him to inquiry about the photos. He told me to give him another week or two because he was busy which I understood. So about 2 weeks pass, I got the photos, they weren't edited, he didn't capture much "in the moment photos" more portrait style photos, the quality of the photos weren't good and some of the pictures that he choose to send were repetitive. When I was trying to get into contact with him about that, he ignored me. Prior to the event, when ever I contacted him, I got him right away and he responded immediately. After he got my money it was as if he never met me. Up until this day Lee have't made any of the corrections I asked, and he still continues to ignore me. I did not get my money worth. Lee is unprofessional, and I would never recommend him to anyone.

I just got my…read morepictures last night on JUNE 18. 2017 after having to beg for my things to be turned in since March 8. The contract states that the photographer has 16 weeks to turn in all of the work. I bought the "prestige package." My texts would either be ignored or he would have an excuse to why he could not meet us or that the albums were not ready yet after he had claimed everything was in his warehouse. I looked at the. package and it says ship date June 16 after he had been claiming for MONTHS that our things were sitting in his warehouse. The pictures were beautiful and he had promised us all this amazing stuff, but once we paid all the money on our wedding night he didn't even seem to care when he would turn our things into us. He said I could pick my album leather color, style, frame color, canvas texture, and all these other promises, but In the end he picked everything out and never asked what I wanted. He did not even know what was included on our package. I was missing 2 small parent albums I had to make him aware of that were on the contract. I understand he's a busy guy, but maybe he shouldn't be so busy if he can't keep up with the work.

I made the mistake of hiring Svetlana to do my children's' photos. It was the worst experience I…read morehave ever had with a photographer. First, she is dishonest about prices. The price she originally gave me and what I paid is not what she wanted in the end. She inflated her price after the photoshoot. When I took issue with her dishonest pricing she wrote me crazy messages, refused to give me my children's photos and did not return my money. She is a liar and she stole my money and my kids photos. She then reached out to me many months later and said she will redo my kids pictures but when I contacted her about doing the photo session she deleted my messages on FB and refused to respond. Please beware of her. She is dishonest, rips people off on price, disappears, is unprofessional. Dont make the same mistake I made.

I'm beyond thankful for Todd and the amazing work of Mike Moon Studios. My wife and I are so happy…read morethat Todd accepted our wedding video project. We absolutely love the finished video and it vastly exceeded our expectations. Todd is absolutely brilliant and every interaction with him was a pleasure, as he's a true professional who loves what he does. Our wedding project was unconventional given that Todd didn't actually shoot the wedding. Our original videographer company was CollabCreation Films and they never provided a finished video. Shortly after our wedding we learned that the company shutdown and ended all communication with clients. We found out later that the company had been shooting weddings the entire year while accepting payments without the intent of ever providing a finished product. After many stressful months, we finally received the raw footage. But that didn't provide much consolation as the raw footage consisted of a portfolio of over 200 clips anywhere in length between 3 seconds to 30 minutes without any order or resemblance of a coherent story. Given that state of the raw footage my wife and I thought that we would never have a finished wedding video. However, Todd is insanely good at what he does and was able to capture all of our favorite moments of our favorite day. He perfectly edited them all together into an amazingly beautiful finished product. I'm astonished how well it turned out given that they didn't shoot the video and the state of the raw footage. Todd truly worked wonders. Words cannot describe how thankful we are for the video. We were very lucky to have found Mike Moon Studios as they helped turn a worst case scenario into something we will cherish for the rest of lives. It's hard to imagine how good it could have turned out if Mike Moon Studios was with us during the entire process! Thank you, Todd, for kindly taking on our project and giving us the best recreation of memories from our wedding day!

Sadly we were pretty unimpressed by everything. We weren't thrilled with anything we got back, the video was also lacking in professionalism.
