We had the best experience at Picture Perfect. The heartbeat sound keepsake in a stuffed animal was too good to pass. You get all attention on you and baby, and you can keep all pictures on a flash drive. She even printed 5.

Big thanks to the owner for taking extra time on my 4D ultrasound experience, so that I was able to see baby's face. The baby decided to have her hand and foot in her mouth and pushed her face against my uterus, making it very difficult to see her. We took a break, I went and ate a snicker bar and drank water in hopes that the baby would move around a little more. Thankful we were able to get some quick little glimpse of our baby before we had to wrap it up. The owner is very dedicated to her clients and getting them the glimpse they paid for. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Evelyn was absolutely amazing! The machine at my doctor's was out of order and Evelyn was able to get me in last minute. She made the experience so much fun and memorable. Absolutely worth it! Currently 29 weeks pregnant and went in for my ultrasound and it was such a special moment & worth the extra money to get extra photos of your baby. Upon arrival - it is located inside a huge office building. They have $15 valet parking option or parking across the street for $7. We opted for the $7 parking across the street! Once you walk in take the elevator to the 3rd floor and it will in suite 330. When we walked in we were greeted immediately & the lobby is very small and intimate. It was just me and my husband filled out some quick paperwork and we got let into the room so see our baby. Forgot to get her name but the ultrasound tech has been doing this since 1980! She was so personable and made the experience very fun. My baby was being stubborn and didn't want to wake up so she kept tapping my belly to try to get the best photos possible. We will be coming in the next couple weeks to get some more photos hopefully my baby has moved into a better position for more detailed photos. Upon leaving you do get a USB file with the photos and videos! Overall great intimate experience and worth the money :) read more

Over all the whole experience was just amazing!!! The way the customer service was I give it a 100 out of 100 I can't remember the ladies name with this pregnancy brain of mine but she was so kind and she show excitement as she was seeing my baby too. Picture and videos are amazing baby was so cooperating perfectly. And when he didn't she knew how to tell me to move around to get him to where we can see him . Care quality was perfect! Evelyn was awesome and so knowledgeable, we were so happy with the results of our 3D ultrasound!! The pictures and videos turned out really great and Evelyn was incredibly patient with our baby, who was not too cooperative. We had our gender sneak peek today and it was great! I am 14 weeks and 5 days, and the pictures on the monitor were so clear. You could see every bone almost, very high quality videos and pictures were taken. She was very patient with us and the baby. She really cares and has a passion for helping everyone who walks through her door. She is very accommodating and really makes you feel good and comfortable. We have already set up another appointment so we can bring family and friends to see. This place is worth the time and money. I will definitely be recommending this place to as many people possible. Edit: On 2/5/18 I got a confirmation from my doctor on our ultrasound I was 21 weeks and 2 days, and it was exactly what was predicted at 14 weeks and 5 days. read more

Ms. Evelyn was AWESOME!! Warm, welcoming, knowledgable, and PATIENT! I attempted to schedule an appointment online and the system was not showing any availability so I called the number provided. The person I spoke with then gave me Ms. Evelyn's number to contact in order to see if there were any openings for same day. Her response time was so fast and she fit me into her schedule with no problem. This is my first baby, so I was not aware that coming in to get a 3d/4d ultrasound at 34 weeks would prove to be tough ( so note to other mothers, DON'T WAIT THAT LATE, GO IN AROUND 26/27 weeks). Ms. Evelyn was SO PATIENT with me during the process, she wanted to capture my baby just as much as I did and she took the time to do so. I was becoming kind of discouraged thinking I wouldn't get any good photos because my baby was a little stubborn and it was just harder because I am 34 weeks. Ms. Evelyn would have me turn in different positions to get a good shot of my little nugget. After all her effort and patience, I was able to walk out of her offices with some profile pictures of my little King! She provided me with a usb of all the photos and I received my printouts as well. THE BEST PLACE TO GO for 3d/4d!! read more

I am so happy I decided to get this fun session for baby 2. I booked and paid online and it was super easy. I was given plenty of cold water and allowed lots of time to see pictures and video of my baby at 27 weeks which for me was a great time to go. I got some fantastic shots as keepsakes. Picture Perfect came highly recommended by my OB and she was right! My husband and I had such an amazing experience there. Evelyn, the Sonographer, is very experienced at her work. I called late on a Friday afternoon to get an appointment and they were able to squeeze us in for Saturday for a gender reveal. Our ultrasound was conducted by Jessica and she was wonderful. She quickly identified that we were having a little boy and got us a great profile shot of his face even though he wasn't being very cooperative. We have already scheduled our next ultrasound. I had been going to the center probably when we moved to the area somewhere in the early 80s. I could not speak highly enough about the place however I guess it was probably about a year or so ago I found out that over the course of a few years my primary physician was never given any of my x-rays or results from my MRIs and when I drove there to go get them myself to then drive back to the physicians office so that I can get another MRI to show that I did have issues there was no remorse there wasn't even any apology there wasn't even a made up excuse ... It was almost as if I was being treated as business as usual and if I wasn't one of those people who are persistent, I may not have had the care that I had to get to get another MRI which then I just went to Stat imaging in Deptford and I had excellent care which is where I'm going to go from this point on. I was finally reminded to put a review out there when I tried to call for the last hour to the main headquarters so I can put a formal complaint into their corporate office they didn't know the number and left me on hold so long that I decided to just put this review out there. And honestly, what even reminded me of it is when Someone told me about their experience and the stupidity of a staff member to actually say when you tell them it may be under a maiden name and they are too stupid and actually say is it under the same first name? That speaks volumes absolutely volumes and no I did not proof this for accuracy as I'm speaking into the phone

Hmm, moving towards the "not ok" line . . - The "not ok" line is breached: A care approach that essentially treats patients as idiots. - Just one example: the technician absolutely insisted that test results could only go to the patient's doctor and not to the patient. Had to speak to her supervisor to get confirmation that OF COURSE a patient is entitled to her own treatment records directly. When I asked the supervisor why the technician falsely insisted otherwise, the reply was "well, she just didn't know." Um, basic job training? These problems appear to be specific to this office. If you prefer to be treated as an intelligent person, and wish to avoid aggressively-delivered misinformation, avoid the facility on Fannin at all costs.

But this year I and another patient…read morewere left standing in the reception foyer for an extended time while the two staff members were chatting and laughing about work mistakes they had made and "how it was no big deal, because everyone makes mistakes". When I was finally able to check In for Mammo/dexa, I was told dexa scans could not be performed after 2pm. Despite being checked in before 2pm. So I continued with the mammo exam and made a dexa appointment for the following day. After checking in for the dexa scan I was left sitting in dressing area more than 40 minutes, so it was well after 2pm. When I asked about the delay I was curtly told, "we're getting to you". As a result of these delays I had to pay an additional $3.99 parking fee both days. Patients have a choice for diagnostic services, if Solis/Women's Hospital doesn't care enough to hire and appropriately train staff I assure you other providers do.

I had a wonderful experience here. I scheduled a gender check at 17 weeks. This is our first baby after having fertility issues for years, so both our families were excited for us. I thought it would be fun if our families could experience this with us and find out the gender of our baby together with us, so I was on a mission to find a place big enough to accommodate our family. The room here was plenty large. We had 12 family members plus my husband and I in the room, and there was still room to fit more if needed. I don't think Evelyn has ever had that many people in the room with her, but she was such a delight and gave us a wonderful experience. I was expecting the gender check session to be just that, but it was more than that. She showed us different views of our baby, pointed out the arms, hands, legs, and feet. Even alerted us when baby was yawning! We also heard the heartbeat, which I never get tired of hearing. We even got 3D glimpses of our precious baby, which was totally unexpected. Of course we also found out the gender of our baby.... It's a girl! Evelyn was able to get a clear view from baby's bottom with legs open, so there's no doubt it's a girl. All in all, our visit here surpassed our expectations and I would definitely recommend them. We gave her the idea to start having small gender reveal parties in her office, so keep on the lookout for that! read more

I came here a few months back to get an image of my son who was very uncooperative. He didn't give me any images the first time so Evelyn offered for me to come in another day for no charge. During our session Evelyn noticed something off during the ultrasound. She kept saying "he's red flagging me" because my fluid looked low and told me to alert my doctor. Well I alerted my doctor who then sent me to a specialist. Evelyn was right. Something was wrong. And it wasn't my fluid. It was my sons heart. It had not developed properly. The left side was completely missing. I remember Evelyn showing me the blood flow and I didn't understand. But then it made sense weeks later. Because of Evelyn being so great at her job and noticing something was wrong, she gave my son a fighting chance. My doctor didn't even catch that in my ultrasounds. Zayden, was born in July with a CHD named Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. He was given a chance at life because this was diagnosed before he was born and it gave us a chance to come up with a plan. Unfortunately, my son did not make it after his open heart surgery at 4 days old. But If Evelyn had not discovered something was wrong, Zayden would have never had a fighting chance. Amazing experience, enough said! I initially was going to another place but I was late due to traffic, I was devastated because I had been looking forward to it for weeks! I called picture perfect in hopes that there was something available, she was able to accommodate me almost at 6 pm and made me feel much better (pregnancy hormones= crying lol) after missing my appointment at another place that was not sympathetic to the fact that the traffic was out of my control. I went in at 33 weeks and my baby was breached, (I'm so glad I came here instead) Evelyn was still able to get me beautiful pictures of our baby boy and offered us to come back the next week to see if he would flip. She recommended for me to do a few things/ exercises to help with the flip and I attempted do so and it worked! The next weekend at 34 weeks my baby boy was flipped, and cooperated very well with Evelyn's voice when she attempted to get more pictures! Clean office, nice building, safe and comfortable feeling. Point is I got a lot of good pictures and the patience she has is unmatchable. Will come here every pregnancy, 1000% recommend! The one word that repeats itself over and over in these reviews to describe Evelyn and her work approach is right on - PASSION for what she does. She was amazing. After calling the 800 number on the website and being told she was all booked up for the day, I received a call from Evelyn asking me the circumstances. I told her my wife and I work most of the time and hardly have time off together except for the same day I called. . My wife is 32 weeks pregnant this week. Evelyn was very understanding and made it happen for us. She made the process easy by sending me the consent for our Dr had to sign so we could have it ready by appointment time. The actual visit was an awesome experience. Evelyn made my wife and I feel very welcome and at easy. She explained the process and thanks to her experience we were able to get some great stills and video of our little princess. Evelyn was awesome as an ultrasound tech. This is our first baby and we had no idea what to expect when we went. We did the sneak peek ultrasound at 16w6d and she was able to tell us that we were expecting a boy without any question. She was so amazing with it that we decided to go back for a 3D/4D ultrasound around 26 weeks. When we went the first time, the baby was not cooperating, he had his face against the placenta and just wouldn't give the pictures she wanted. She scheduled us for 2 weeks later to come back in for free and get the images that she wanted. We went back in, got everything and it was amazing. She was very personable, on the appointments where we brought my in-laws, she included them and made sure to point out what she was looking at in the ultrasound until grandma and grandpa understood it. We got some amazing images and videos (even a video of our son throwing his first temper tantrum) and, when we decide to have another kid, we definitely plan on using Evelyn. read more

This was by far the best experience I've ever had!! I originally had my blood test done by my dr. to find out the gender of my baby at 16 weeks, at 18 weeks they said it was a bad draw and we had to wait another two weeks to redo it. I had a gender reveal planned for that weekend and couldn't wait another two weeks. I did some research and found Picture perfect and the reviews were amazing, I thought it was too good to be true! However it was definitely beyond amazing!! She was so patient with us when our baby wouldn't move or wake up from her nap. she took her time to make sure we got the best experience!! We got amazing views of our baby and also got the gender!! Absolutely loved our experience!! 100% recommended!! I will be going back for sure for another ultrasound later in my pregnancy! My clinic only does 3 ultrasounds (10 weeks, 20 weeks and 35 weeks). Due to the pandemic, my husband has not been able to come to any appointments and he's been missing out on the magic for our first born. For Father's Day, I decided to surprise him with an elective ultrasound. I did my research and settled on Picture Perfect thanks to the reviews. I called, and was able to snag an appointment the next day. I was so excited to surprise my husband with this gift! Our time with Evelyn surpassed our expectations. She was incredibly kind and professional and made the appointment such a special moment for us. My husband was in total awe seeing our son for the first time. After nearly giving up on my dreams of getting some beautiful 3D/4d shots of my little bundle of joy due to an incompetent experience at another ultrasound provider Evelyn at picture perfect totally saved me. I called her desperately trying to get a same day appointment after a disappointing experience somewhere else and because I was already 34 weeks pregnant. Evelyn was on her day off but made the time to come in just for me even though she didn't have to. And when I got to her office her 40 years of experience doing this was apparent. She was not only a joy to work with she got incredible shots of my son and you could tell she really loves what she does. I met Evelyn while going to my OBGYN for my first regular ultrasound and she was friendly and patient with me. She mentioned I had more options to see my baby in 3D or 4D ultrasound. I of course accepted she worked around my schedule and promptly followed up with me. I felt that the amount of money I paid for the session was worth it. My baby would hide in a corner but Evelyn would be patient and was able to take amazing video, pictures and record my baby heart beat. In other places I would feel rushed and speak to heartless individuals who didn't care about my feelings as a first time mom. If I could put 10 stars I would!! My experience was the best, especially with everything going on with covid this is a perfect place to get a 3D ultrasound for one she is VERY clean, and she made us feel so welcomed. She was very happy, engaged with me and the baby is the most warming, excited, comforting voice. She 100% is made for this job, and you can tell she loves what she does! Our baby was being a little brat with hiding her face in the last 10 minutes so she rescheduled us for another appointment for free and got even better pictures! This week I did a session with Evelyn, and I am blown away with the results from our session! It was incredible to get a sneak peek of our little one, I highly recommend giving it a shot! I also got a recording of his heartbeat that we put inside a stuffed animal, best keepsake ever. Of note, I recommend doing this sooner than later, so the baby doesn't look too squished or risk the possibility that the placenta will get in the way. We had to work for this shot, so be patient and maybe eat something sweet before you come so the baby is active. We called after hours needing the gender ultrasound (the doctors office "lost" the blood results the day before the gender reveal party was scheduled) Evelyn was so sweet and squeezed us in early the next morning. Our second ultrasound with Evelyn was today. The baby was not cooperating so she told us to go eat and come back and we could try again. And still the baby was not cooperating so another break and one more try. But still nothing. She did manage to get 2 pictures We appreciate Evelyn being so patient and working with us. Purchased the gender reveal package for a quick look at our little one and had our scan today. Evelyn was nothing but professional. She was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about ultrasound techniques and getting the best possible images. I am not even 20 weeks pregnant and we still managed to get incredibly detailed, beautiful images of our baby. She has over 40 years of experience in the industry and has worked at one of the best local hospitals - suffice it to say, she knows what she's doing! The office is clean and comfortable. We had an appointment for Saturday afternoon which was convenient for my husband and I's schedule. The facility was clean and we witnessed the chairs being cleaned before our arrival. The experience of the 3D / 4D was beautiful except our little one was not cooperating. Evelyn was nice enough to let us come back on Tuesday. My husband and I appreciated the offer to come back. The baby still was uncooperative on Tuesday, but we managed to get a few good photos. Overall, we had a great experience. The staff was so sweet and understanding. Highly recommend them! The place is amazing and they do great work. The vibe of the office is so welcoming and fun for the family or just for you. You feel so comfortable while getting to see your baby on the big screen! We were able to get some good pictures, even though baby boy was stubborn. Our tech switched positions and took time to do everything she could to get good pictures. It never felt rushed at all. Evelyn was amazing! I went on a Tuesday and the baby was not corroborating with us. She gave me some time to move and jump to see if he can flip. No luck! Usually you would think to bad to sad. Nope, not Evelyn she rescheduled me for the following Tuesday with no up charge. Luckily the baby was in perfect position and she captured some amazing pictures. I was truly grateful for Evelyn! I am the mother of two wonderful little girls and now expecting a boy. I did have 3D/4D ultrasounds with my other children, however this was by far the best experience of all. Ms. Evelyn is very experienced( 40 years )and truly loves her occupation. She is very patient and cares that you get the photos you will cherish which is not the case with my previous experiences. I'm 18 weeks along with a very stubborn baby! Our doctor was unable to tell us the gender (because our baby would NOT budge) which led me to book a sneak peek session. Evelyn is an amazing ultrasound technician, she made seeing our baby girl for the first time an awesome experience!
