I agree with One of the other ratings that said if you could write zero I would... This particular facility when they changed hands years ago went downhill. I had been going to the center probably when we moved to the area somewhere in the early 80s. I could not speak highly enough about the place however I guess it was probably about a year or so ago I found out that over the course of a few years my primary physician was never given any of my x-rays or results from my MRIs and when I drove there to go get them myself to then drive back to the physicians office so that I can get another MRI to show that I did have issues there was no remorse there wasn't even any apology there wasn't even a made up excuse ... It was almost as if I was being treated as business as usual and if I wasn't one of those people who are persistent, I may not have had the care that I had to get to get another MRI which then I just went to Stat imaging in Deptford and I had excellent care which is where I'm going to go from this point on. I was finally reminded to put a review out there when I tried to call for the last hour to the main headquarters so I can put a formal complaint into their corporate office they didn't know the number and left me on hold so long that I decided to just put this review out there. And honestly, what even reminded me of it is when Someone told me about their experience and the stupidity of a staff member to actually say when you tell them it may be under a maiden name and they are too stupid and actually say is it under the same first name? I just had a CT scan this last Friday, and the results were sent to my doctor the same day! I had my results imported to my portal by Sunday from my own doctor's office. The results were very detailed and I was happy to find out what was going on with my body. I had really been worried! I could not be happy with the service. It was easy to schedule the appointment, and I did not wait when I got there. The technician performing the CT scan was very nice and explained what she was going to do. Also, because I have a high deductible insurance, we worked out the billing to my satisfaction. This is not this first time my family has used this place. I also used them a few weeks ago for an ultrasound. My wife used them for a CT scan 2 years ago. Every time, it was a great experience! It's a shame that the bad review of a year ago brings the ratings down so far, but this was one of the better medical experiences I've had. Everyone was highly conscientious of my comfort, my time, and how I perceived their practices. They called me to schedule an appointment, telling me a ballpark figure for the cost, then followed up with another call for the exact price (which was about 60% less than the original quote.) Upon arriving, I got in immediately (the wait was so short - I was called so quickly that I had to put the magazine down that I had just picked up) and the imaging tech showed me where to put away my personal items and even helped me with the lock that I was having a little trouble with, he then explained to me the procedure before we ever got into the MRI room, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the entire MRI before setting me up on the table. Then he took time to ensure my knee was braced and padded, even making sure my other leg was comfortable, asking the entire time if everything was okay, then handed me the earplugs after molding them first so that all I had to do was put them in my ears. Then he helped me lay back and get even more comfortable. I'd have fallen asleep if it weren't for the machine's noise. All in all, this was quite a remarkable experience, considering it was about a 40 minute MRI. Sure, it was loud (most of them are) but I never felt claustrophobic or anxious. I will definitely use their services in the future if I ever need medical imaging again. read more

I used this place twice never again. Nasty, dirty, old place. i had a ct scan done where he missed my vein the imaging fluid leaked down in to my arm formed a huge bulge. He did the ct scan anyway.I told him i felt no warmth as you usually do when they release the imaging fluid he said don't worry there was enough to do the scan.After leaving the office i had to go back because my arm had swollen he then inserted another needle trying to drain the fluid. I left and called my Doctor she said my body would absorb it in a couple of days it did. read more

Insufficient business with incompetent employees and flawed management. In case you zone out in the middle of this review, please have one takeaway -- DO NOT trust these guys with your medical needs. I definitely regret doing so! I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, as mistakes regarding health have higher repercussions than to simply eating a bad meal. This office is independent, so most likely your images will need to somehow be sent to your doctor. In my case, every possible method of getting this done resulted in failure for almost three weeks until I handled it myself. My doctor's secretary and I have been in contact with them from the beginning, dilegently providing all that was needed for them to get their jobs done. My takeaways: these guys do not know how to pick up the phone, fax, mail, or email; and they fail at billing. The general number leads to their shared phone service. Everyone that I have spoken to there was quite unprofessional. Many times I got transferred incorrectly or got an attitude from not being connected to the right department. Their records department never picked up the phone when my doctor's secretary and I attempted to call. None of our voicemails got returned. After five attempts at faxing the X-ray report over, all files came in at once on a later day. This tells me that whomever was using the fax machine did not know how to do it the first four times. As I had a pretty complicated surgery, my doctor needed to see the images and the report wasn't sufficient. Multiple times I was told that an email with access to the online portal was sent -- I have yet to receive this email (yes, I checked spam, searched for it in my inbox, and have confirmed that it was being sent to the right email address). And here come the kicker! Apparently, the disk has been mailed three times (each time the address was confirmed) and it has yet to arrive. After the first failed attempt, I was led to believe that the manager approved for the CD to be overnighted. That was a blunt lie. They never did so. Later, I find out from someone on their general line that they are not able to do overnights, which would not have been an issue since my hospital could have provided their FedEx number to cover the charges. This ended up wasting more time. My doctor's secretary has attempted to call multiples times and sent in a formal fax request for the records to be released that included that FedEx number. Still nothing! Surely she would chime in to my frustration, as she herself called this business "the most inefficient clinic ever to come in contact with" and "most obscure office" (like I said, all of her attempts to contact their records and office went unanswered). This office is directly responsible for the three week delay on my transition off crutches! On top of it all, they billed me an incorrect amount and now I have to process a refund request with them through my insurance. As for the X-rays themselves, I cannot speak to them since I am not a medical professional. read more

Well. If there was an option for zero stars, that is exactly what they would be receiving. In a nut shell, the mammogram imagining tech asked me to remove my cloths without giving me a gown ...right there while she was inside the room. Not only that, she proceeded to touch my body with a dirty glove, before I stopped her. Now...read in for the full story. Yesterday, 8/25/16, I went in for my mammogram. The imaging lady asked me back. She had a glove on her right hand. While walking back she opened the doors with her gloved hand. While standing in the in again room she was working her computer mouse with the same gloves right hand. She asked me to remove my shirt and bra. Pausing, I asked, "right here?" She said yes. Well. Dumbie me should have walked out, but I obliged. I removed my shirt and bra, and stood there with nothing covering me, and covered my breath with my hands. She got off of the computer and began putting a glove on her left hand. I asked her "why do you use gloves?" I was being sarcastic. She had no clue what was coming next. SHE IS DUMBER! She mumbled something and then I asked, "are the gloves for your protection or for mine?" She said both. Then I said, "well then you will put on a new glove on your right hand because you have touched every door handle twice on the way to get me and back!" She mumbled something else and put on a new glove. For some stupid reason I trusted that she cleaned the machine. I am so freaking trusting. I asked her. "Is the machine clean?" She said that it is cleaned after every patient. I never saw her clean it. At Memorial Herman Breast Imaging Center, they have you proceed to a room to change into or at least they are not in the room while you are removing your clothes and give you a gown to over with. They also clean the machine while you are watching , wash their hands while your are watching and hen use clean gloves. I swapped to this nasty place out of convenience. But I will never return!! This is the absolute worse and most ammature office I have visited in my entire life. Not only did I wait LITERALLY for 50 minutes (I have never waited so long for an appointment in ny life) but after my visit I asked them to email my records and copies of images. Not only did they not but when I called to request them AGAIN they claimed not to have my email!!!! When they soley handed me paperwork TO provide my email BECAUSE I had asked for AN EMAIL....they are a careless staff and I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go. read more

This place is awful. So awful, I intend to contact my insurer and suggest they not be on the list. First, my MRI radiologist report is not in complete sentences. One sentence reads, "In addition, there is a large" Yup, that's where the sentence ends. I have no idea what the large thing is. In another sentence, one item is "hypovascular" followed by a sentence that says it is also "hypervascular." Those are opposites. They can be both. Second, I had requested the report and films be sent to two doctors. Neither received it. Third, no one ever picks up the phone at medical records, so I'm having a little trouble getting the data to the doctors. Fourth, their email address on their webpage does not work. Luckily, I had requested a DVD of my MRI, so I guess I will by copying the DVD myself and mailing it off to competent people to read. DON'T GO HERE! read more
