The dog is old and feeble already and because of the heat and being overly stressed, caused the dog to have seizures today which he has never had before. I would NEVER recommend them to anybody else and I will definitely not be coming back. If you love your dog, do not put them through this!

To my surprise, the employee flat-out refused to groom them because the cats were "banned." When I explained the situation, he got loud, dismissive, and completely unreasonable. He emphasized that despite me being a completely new owner, the cats themselves are not allowed back. What??! These are ragdolls that require regular grooming, and it's already difficult to find groomers accepting new clients. To be met with this kind of hostility and zero compassion is heartless. I wouldn't bring my beloved pets (or frankly any animal) to a place that treats them or their people, this way. Read the other reviews- this individual has a history of acting completely irrational and banning customers. I think he should be the one banned from this establishment

The ladies there are genuinely kind and welcoming. From drop-off to pick-up, they were warm, attentive, and clearly care about what they do. That matters.
