Gerald took up to 4 business days to respond to text and email, which I find unprofessional. His responses were always curt and lacked detail. I requested a gold sequins backdrop and he didn't have one and for some reason couldn't get one. But he charged $50 to provide what he said was a gold shimmer backdrop. Gold was the primary color for my wedding so it was really important that it showed through on the pictures. They didn't have any wedding related props so I had to provide my own! I should have found another business. Once we saw the pictures come out of the printer we were shocked at the poor quality. Dark, dreary, and no gold shimmer. We realized how bad the picture quality really was when we went to a party 2 weeks later and saw another company. What a difference! AND although we were supposed to get a file with ALL the pictures guests took, we initially didn't get it. It took 9 texts and a phone call to get the file. We had been in the hunt for a photobooth for many months for our wedding, and couldn't find any with the right combination of booth (we wanted it to hold at least five people), price, and quality. We also wanted one that provided props, printed photo strips for our guests, and provided a CD for us at the end with all our images. Sai came through big time on all counts, without some of the ridiculous markups we had with other photobooth quotes ($100 for props, really??). He was responsive and easy to work with in the initial scheduling/contract phase, and got back in touch without us hounding him to help us work out some set-up logistics as well as square away the custom graphic for our photo strip in the weeks before the wedding. On the day of, we walked into a perfect set up with no snags, and were happy to see guests already making use of the booth. We weren't sure whether people would actually use it much, but it was a huge hit and was just packed with people all night. One of the greatest things Sai did was track down myself and my bride to be sure we got a photo set together, and it resulted in one of our favorite shots of the night (nothing like a bride in a Viking hat, I always say). The photo CD came in a few weeks later, just as promised, and we had a great time seeing the tons of fun our guests had throughout the night (including several groups of eight packed in there!). I would absolutely recommend Krazee Photobooth/Swag for any and all of your photobooth needs. Sai was mellow and easygoing in dealings with him, but responsive and professional to the core. And the product, from the actual booth itself, to the props, to the photos themselves, really and truly speaks for itself. We interviewed and saw several other photobooth vendors but yours was the best. My family and friends were addicted like crack taking photos in your boof for our wedding. So when I went to my cousin's…read morewedding and saw a photo booth set up in the corner, my inner diva/model was jumping for joy. Photo booths are the new "IT" thing to have at weddings and I've been to a few recently that have had them. I always thought that all photo booths are the same.. not true. There are some that are definitely better than others... Photoboof's photo print quality is pretty good and is definitely comparable to the others I've seen, but there were a couple of things that took off stars for me: 1). The pictures took a long time to print out, I think I waited about 5 minutes before I got my first strip and then a minute or so until I got the second one. Others that I've seen print them out in a minute or less. 2). Their supply of props to use were pretty limited. A couple of masks, some rubber noses, a couple of hats, some picture frames, a broken pair of sunglasses.. nothing too fancy. 3). The last thing that also took off a star was their background. I think they use it as a green screen or something because there were times when I saw glitches on the screen that would cast a weird shadow thing that you get sometimes with green screens (think macbook photo booth and selecting the roller coaster background where you have to move out of the view first), and you could see it even when it prints. I added a photo of my strip. Luckily, it didn't happen a lot, I think mine might've been the only one that it happened to.. but still, it kinda sucks. The good things that I liked about this photo booth though, was the screen they have on the outside that shows the pictures after they're taken. The guests who are all waiting in line or for their pictures can see what's going on inside the booth. I also like that the photo strips print out and are cut already. But that could account for the reason why it takes so long to print them out. So all in all, I give Photoboof! 3 stars, it was still fun, but not all photo booths are made equal, and there just seems to be better photo booths out there.

So thankful to have found Omar 6 months before my wedding. He is extremely responsive via email and text. Note that you'll need to rent for a minimum of 2 hours and that unlimited prints are 4x6. I loved that we were able to submit our own template, but wish the printed quality was better. Nonetheless, the price and service cannot be beat. We received the digital files in a Dropbox folder within a week of our wedding. I loved that the quality was superb and files included the individual pictures as well as the final 4x6. Omar provides the props and backdrop, and he is always there to ensure every picture is taken perfectly. Highly recommend Omar and his business for your photobooth needs!
