From the moment I first contacted Ashley to the last picture of the night, I was provided with first class customer service. Booking and paying the deposit to hold my date was a breeze. Communication was friendly and prompt. I really appreciated the collaboration, she asked for our invitation to make event appropriate logo for the picture strip, which was spot on. I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is! We had an incredible photo station at my son's Bar Mitzvah with Dawaun as our DJ/MC. The whole evening was spectacular and everyone had fun. The personalized photos and memory book were perfect and everyone was able to take pictures home. Dawaun was the BEST DJ and played such good music that both the kids and the adults were able to dance. I recently booked Picture This Booth LA's 360 photo booth for my organization's annual fundraiser and it was a HIT! In coordinating and the day of, Ashley and Matt were very thorough and professional. They met with us to make sure we had all of our questions answered, suggested some cool ideas/props to make our photo booth more exciting, and provided high-personalized videos for our guests. They were also able to put our logo, requested song, and event graphics on each video and event print out a graphic to go on the base of the photo booth. To top it off, their staff (Matt and CJ) brought so much energy when interacting with our guests. Overall, it was a great experience that made our event more memorable. They did it all (at a great price I might add) and made sure we were at ease during the whole process. We will most definitely be booking with them again. I found this business on thumbtack and just like all business it's hard to decide which one to go with if it wasn't for the reviews. So, here I am writing a review so it will help you all decide which business is for you. Ashley was great, she listened to what I needed, great communication up until my event. She had my template ready and worked with what I wanted. She even accommodate me last minute for a DJ add on.. On the day of my event her crew were punctual ans on time. Great Customer Service, very friendly and by the comments I got from my guests and the birthday girl the music the DJ played was a success. They all enjoyed themselves all the way around. I was one of the party hostesses so was distracted with other responsibilities. I returned to the photo booth area and they were nowhere to be found. They also did not show me how to use the equipment. The photo strips would not print and I called the owner. When I told him the photo strips would not print he said the printer was broken and promised me all the digital files within 24 hours. They never sent the files. Everyone entered the phone numbers after each photo to get the texts with pictures and no texts ever came through. "David" would not answer the phone when I called to discuss and said he did not have the phone number of the attendants. Then - as you can see in the texts - he asked me if I wanted the attendants to come pick up the stuff. If you do not have the attendants' phone numbers, how can you tell them to pick up the stuff early? Also - an attendant is a person who is IN ATTENDANCE at an event or function. This is the most unprofessional business I have worked with - and I am in marketing and have planned many events! Their prices are so affordable to hook you in but they do not deliver. They appear to be a franchise so watch out - they are likely pulling this act in cities all across the nation.

After comparing a few services, TNT had the best options and fair pricing. Communication with Danisha was prompt and she was a gem when it came to designing the picture layout (especially with 16 year old indecisiveness!) and applying my daughter's preferences (fonts, color, style). Set-up was quick and the prop table was SO nice! Usually things are just thrown on a table (from my past experience), but TNT had items on racks, hooks, etc... and it was just an overall lovely presentation. Also, the prop selection was fun! Danisha and her son (family-owned biz) were extremely pleasant - and patient! We were outside...at night...it was cold...and at times windy. When the booth started to take flight a couple of times due to some serious wind gusts, they kept their cool and repositioned it with no complaints/frustration. The kids had a great time in the booth (some of us adults did too ;-). Pics were easy to send via social media/email/text. Print-outs were quick and clear. Oh - and I was sent a link to all photos the same night! How about that for service! So glad to have TNT Photo Booth included in our festivities! They were top-notch and I will not only keep them in mind for future events, but recommend them to all! Thanks again!!

The guest had a great time and Danisha was able to utilize our wedding colors (Navy blue and champagne) in the video. Thanks to Ashley and her crew My son's 30th birthday party on March 28th which was also my moms 1st heavenly birthday, was a huge success. Initially, I wasn't sure if I should have a photo booth. Fortunately, a colleague of mine from the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) recommended I call her. My colleague puts on fabulous events but I didn't realize that Ashley was her secret weapon. Ashley worked with me on selecting the best package for me and they were right PicturethisboothLA was a big hit, especially because I chose the option that included a keychain keepsake for the guests with the photo of their choice on the front and a memorable party themed logo on the back. What I want to stress more than anything is Ashley and her crew are patient, kind, professional and fun. They offer helpful suggestions and worked with our guests of all ages from age 2-82. I reserved another company months ago because it was my coworkers daughter but the day of my son's 18th bday party she cancelled at 4:30pm because she wasn't feeling well and the party started at 6:30pm, come to find out she had COVID. So I was calling a bunch of other photo booths and when I was about to give up I was referred to Ashley, I called her around 5pm and I was in luck that they were available. They were coming from far, 45 minutes to an hour away depending on traffic but they got the around 7-7:30ish and was set up and ready to go by 8pm and stayed until 11pm. Her and her Husband were awesome to come last minute and do what they did, they were a hit at the party. They were very friendly and helpful to all who use the 360 Video that night.
