What this place does look like it is good for is for your inner party planner to come out and do something that's like above and beyond amazing! The type of the decorations that grace these doors are giving very Gallantines Day vibes with a pinch of Saturday morning brunch. I'm talking cocktail napkins with cheeky sayings and quirky board games, and lots of really beautiful high quality cards. Also, in the back one of their employees was very much engaged in a wedding consultation for a couple, and it was clear that they know all of the event planners in town. This place is definitely a great resource if you're willing to spend a little bit more time and energy on your creative party planning needs. I unfortunately walked out empty-handed cuz I was definitely looking for more of a down to earth Black Girl Magic vibe and well, this ain't it. That said, I will probably be back to plan my daughter's next birthday celebration.

The point is if you are visiting here to add to your stationary, wrong place. Just not a lot of stickers or pens or card stock that you may want. Lots of gift ideas. Placemats. Napkins. Some decorations. Ribbon. Bought a wooden baby toy for my 1 year old nephew. Friendly enough. Visit their new location. See if they picked up more space for more variety.

Not only was the quality perfect, but the turnaround time and the pricing far beyond exceeded expectations. I'm about to place another order for my business, so just thought I'd stop by and tell everyone what a great experience we had. They were super friendly on top of everything else. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I grabbed my laptop, walked down Wilmington and, luckily, came across Turner Printing. Stuart Turner, the owner, was at the front desk and I tried to explain to him what I was trying to print. At first he said the only material that they had for poster like products was high gloss photo paper that would cost $12 each (I needed 12 prints so it was going to be $144, yikes!). I was prepared to pay that price since we literally needed them done in the next 30 minutes, but once I showed him what I needed printed and explained what it was for he recommended that we have it printed on 20 lb paper instead, which only cost $3 per print. While I was waiting for the printing to get done (which took less than 10 minutes) Stuart told me all about his travels around the U.S. including Alaska, which is where I'm from. So we had a whole conversation about Alaska and what it was like when he was there in the early 80's. Not a bad way to spend 10 minutes while you are waiting for your last minute print job to get done. The prints came out great. It was only $36 to get everything printed (way cheaper that $144). I told Stuart that we will definitely keep using Turner Printing whenever we need anything printed for the Innovators Program!

Wandered around for 10 mins trying to find what I thought would be an easy item to locate. During that time I saw multiple employees who would dart by while on the phone or too "busy" even to ask if I needed help. They seemed mainly busy trying to avoid dealing with customers! Couldn't find what I came for, but went to front register to pay for two other items I had found. Nobody at front register but 3 elderly folks chatting and apparently waiting to be checked out. They waived twice towards the "service desk" (which for this store is an oxymoron). No recognition. I set my two items on the counter and left. So I'm a very tall and conspicuous guy wandering a near empty store obviously looking for something for 10 mins then trying to buy stuff and I'm not sure I was ever even noted by an employee! Somewhere this company has a board of directors having meetings to devise bold new strategies to grow their business. Maybe they should just visit their stores - if they are all like this one, the only "strategy" they need is to have managers and employees who show more than indifference towards customers! Mine was about a $200 potential sale. Imagine if they are losing 5 other folks like me per day due to staff indifference and they have 1500 stores. That is $1000 per day per store - across 1500 stores that would amount to over $500 mil per year in lost sales! Crazy! There's your growth strategy Office Depot exec team - get your store team members to actually pay attention to customers! You're welcome!

This review is for the print and copy center…read more I have ordered multiple times from the online print and copy where I pick up a day later. I have never once received a confirmation message of the order being ready but never had any issues with pickup next day. I went yesterday to pick up my order. The establishment was empty, save a few customers and 1 man waiting at the print center because it looked like the person working there had some technical difficulties. She was on the phone with what seemed like a tech person. I was waiting in line patiently until she finally asked what I needed. I said I was there to pick up. She asked if I got a confirmation saying that the order is ready. I said I didn't but asked if she could just check to see if my name was there in the filing. When orders are done, they usually set it aside in a filing area. She didn't. She just went back on the phone. It takes less than 1 minute to check to see if I had my item there. I was very tempted to go behind the counter to help troubleshoot her computer AND look for my order under my name. Yes, it should be that simple. She was on a headset, so it would not have been hard for her to maneuver and just look for my name. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location and will no longer put in any orders from here.

We both work in the technical world and somehow they can't ever associate our personal information to our account: so many times we try to get online and we can't login, we try to reset the password, it doesn't work or send the reset or recognise both emails. I don't know if it's technical incompetence or hyper paranoia about somebody getting something free, or some combination, but, you have a couple with an account. Both parties need to be able to access this account and it's just ridiculous that they can't figure out how to make this work. We've spent hours trying to figure it out and we give up.
