Use someone else! They over charge and perform unnecessary tests. Your insurance will not cover them. Do not go there!

When we're there for severe back pain? Said she wasn't going to prescribe anything and sent us off with some physical therapy? Thanks a lot Kaiser Then we go to Kaiser Advance Care Center where we waited an hour in a wheel chair just for the intake nurse to stop EVERYTHING when she learned that the accident happened at work. She said, "sorry, we can't touch you, we don't do ANY workers comp because they won't pay us...and quickly ushered us out. Then we came to CONCUR urgent care and EVERYTHING was different. From the intake nurses/receptionist's pleasant attitudes to the cleanliness and feel of the office. Then..Dr. Bin showed up. I can't say enough about how positive yet direct, empathetic and compassionate. She gave us a TON of information. Did the x-rays RIGHT THEN AND THERE aaaaaand recommended an MRI! 10 out of 10. My sweetheart felt very well take. Care of and now we both know what to do and NOT do moving forward. This office has such high ratings for a reason. Trust me, just GO.

They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.

My first impression was that it's a huge space with lots of rooms. So incredibly clean. The nurse took my stats and showed me to a very comfortable room that had two chairs and a table. I liked that I could sit in the chair while waiting for the doctor. The doctor came in, was very friendly and professional, and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to do a strep and flu test and in no time had my results. When I left, they gave me Rx (I had strep), and a get well bag. When I got home and opened it, it had chicken noodle soup, a face mask, some tea, hand sanitizer, cough drops, and tissues. My visit was Saturday and they called me tonight (Monday) to check up on me and to see how I was feeling. All this, and they're "just an urgent care." Amazing. I've found a new place to go when I'm not feeling well.

FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared. SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. She takes her time with her patients, and is very thorough throughout the entire appointment. Last but not least I would like to thank Stefani as she is practically family to me..but every time I have an emergency she never fails to help me find the best solution. Her laugh is contagious, and she can be a bundle of joy. It's nice being able to count on her when I need medical care. Thank you 3 for making such an impact for my health!!

I sent him a message through my patient portal describing the series of unfortunate events that had transpired. I even went there in person and the same mistake wad made yet again. It was a simple prescription request that required several phone calls, an in-person visit and a message on my patient portal. Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.
