Whenever friends and relatives want to buy me a gift they often buy me a facial. My sister was the first one to buy me a gift voucher for Endota and I have been hooked ever since. Glenelg is one of the newer Endota Spas to open up in Adelaide and has been done well. Subdued lighting lots of candles and lovely warm staff allow you to feel relaxed the moment you step inside. The products they use are certified organic and smell divine. There are many different treatments and packages to choose from ranging from $30 upwards. The building is a lovely old two storey house and the treatment rooms are located upstairs away from any noise. The therapists I had for my massage was warm and friendly without being too chatty so I could really relax. It was a blissful experience that I would thoroughly recommend

Its in a little old characterized house with a couple of single rooms and a few couple rooms, with no group room. The rooms have a nice ambience with candles, soft soothing music and the aroma of certified organic beauty products. All the rooms are quite small and cosy, as it was a house, which makes me like the Rundle and Barossa ones a little more as they are slightly more spacious and can accommodate more than 2 people at a time in one room. But my experiences here have been lovely, the therapists are always smiley and friendly, chatting when necessary but also letting me relax. It's great to go grab an ice cream afterwards or sit by the beach and reminisce always saying ahhh...

I was treated to a 60 min hot stone massage that was truly amazing, after my massage I was warmly greeted & offered a beverage and a seat in the lounge allowing me to continue relaxing after my massage rather than just being pushed out the door. I have never felt so relaxed after having a massage before. I thank temple day spa & all it's staff for a truly amazing experience. I have already booked another massage as id pay so much more to feel that relaxed again. Give temple day spa a try & u will be truly amazed.

I was recently given a clarity gift voucher which entitled me to a back massage, neck and scalp massage and a sleep-inducing shoulder massage. It was heavenly. All I wanted to do when it was over was go to sleep. The staff were so friendly and are very good at what they do. After having it done once I would happily pay for it myself to have it done again. Prices range from $60 all the way up to $400. I personally wouldn't spend any more than $100 on spa treatment, but the expensive packages would make lovely gifts for your loved ones. Beware that the $400 package last for 3 and a half hours. Imagine how refreshed you would feel after that! There's always a sad feeling when you walk out of Endota Spa and you realise the real world still exists, because while you're inside it feels like you're in a completely different world.

They said relax, put the eye mask on, so at the end it's a surprise, and it was so bad I just looked at it and her in stunned silence. It took a while before I got angry and I've only now calmed down enough to write this (I've also had a baby). They are rude, the owner is the worst, it goes without saying I will never be back.

Services are lovely and the therapists I had were wonderful but the customer care is abysmal. They don't want to hear your concerns. They want 5 stars. Whoever owns this place needs to take a good look at who they're employing because I would NEVER send any of my friends or family here. I'd be mortified if they were treated the way I was treated. I am now proactively warning my network not to go here.

Abhorrent Customer Service !! Booked a Hen's Day massage for a bride and 4 friends for Sat 3rd of…read moreFebruary 2018..... Spoke to D on a number of occasions to organise the day. Even rang on Friday February 2nd 2018 and spoke to another staff member to ensure she had a table for a pregnant lady and ended the call with "thank you, see you tomorrow!" The Bride and guests arrived on time at 1.30pm to be told by the Manager, L, that the booking was 3rd of March 2018. She was advised that a number of calls had been made with D and another staff member yesterday to confirm the booking for the next day.... The Manager, was absolutely rude ! Did not give a damn that her staff had made an error and in fact started to blame the poor Bride ! At first she was not even going to give the girls a refund ! Stating that they could all turn up on 3rd of March, or all come at different appointments times. No offers of a goodwill gesture or even an apology, just ignorance. She then gave the bride a refund but not her guests. Finally, with all guests being given a refund, with the Manager running her mouth off and being very nasty and rude, the poor Bride and guests left the shop with the brides Hen's Day ruined !! So, Nasty and Rude Manager, why was D's hands shaking and why was she looking very upset and embarrassed behind the counter with you, whilst doing the refunds???.... Hmmm ...maybe because she knew, your business (she) had made an error!?!? An error that ruined a Bride's day ! Word of mouth is very important for business, especially in an area such as Norwood/St Morris. Unfortunately, the 5 ladies you were rude to today are a mix of well educated multicultural ladies who live in the local area and have large friendship bases...
