They always comment on my dogs. My last visit, I added a shampoo and brush out. They added an extra 5 dollar charge on my Aussi-corgi (Auggie). The groomer said she was heavily matted! I did bit know my dog was matted, because she looked fine! She explained that double coated dogs coats can "lay down" on the skin and create a layer of fur. This dog has had heat stroke issues for a few years now. After this grooming, and the removal of all the undercoat, she is cooling off properly! The groomer knows her stuff! Thank you! The boarding rates are the best in town. But with all the add one such as day play and walks, they are the same rates as everyone. Fair enough! My dogs love this place, and so do I.

They kept him for 3 days, I was told "dehydration", sent home with crazy expensive food that he barely picked at, and I watched him RAPIDLY waste away in the comfort of my own home, where he passed away with me 2 nights after I brought him home. Moving forward - got a new dog. She's small and feisty, but as long as you respect her bubble and earn her trust, she warms right up to anyone. I was at a shared appointment - my mom had her dog, and I had mine - same room, just to have a quick thins done for both. While My mom's dog was being treated, Dr. Shlenker came in unannounced, walked right over to my dog who was facing me on my lap, and jabbed her with a shot - no notice. My dog LOST IT. The entire thing was HIGHLY unprofessional. Not to mention, when we were greeted initially, it came with a lot of attitude and absolutely NO effort to help my "more than vocal" jack russell comfortable in possibly another area. Since they moved - quality in care has TANKED. Prices have gotten absolutely OUTRAGEOUS, so for the horrendous cost (of ANY treatment/food) paired with absolute GARBAGE care..........we are SOOOOOOOO DONE. My family has been going their for years - maybe had 10 pets there over the years? I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to them now. They run like a careless factory and nickel & dime you for the most ridiculous things. I've actually spoken to several other PAST customers recently who shared similar stories about pets getting horrible care, randomly dying, employees being heartless and mean. I will NOT be back. Also told that she wasn't aggressive, just hyper focused on the other dogs (which i am already very aware of and THEY were made very aware of). I understand that not all places have to ability to board dog reactive dogs, but they were warned MULTIPLE times and we were counting on them. Would like to see better communication.

I'm shocked that my precious Butters is still alive after four years into kidney disease. They have helped me with other cats with complex medical issues which I have tried to rescue including my Itty Bitty Betty, whom I found with severe malnutrition and blindness. We were able to give her 10 months of snuggles, chickin smoothies, and purrs before she had to be put down from a cancer diagnosis. They were kind and supportive during that painful day. They are guardian angels for cats.
