I take time off from work drive 30 min from the oppisite side of town arrive early wait try to get in doors locked wait n wait finally a police offier gets in the building i ask don't they open at 11? he asked and said they said 11;30 there site says 11 the lady said 11 the clock on the closed sign has no fn hands on it!!??? after 40 minutes in the parking lot i have to go drive 30 min back to work no cat call custemer service and get a recording away from my desk ! so now i'm out work pay, gas .time sitting and my $100 new cat carrier and my cat is now surrendered to these stupid incompatent people!!!!!!! grrrr don't be a victim like me and loose your beloved animal time money and my cat carrier ! i saved my cat from there ! donot trust these incompatent staff with the life of your pet! please find another way to save a pet? anywhere just not with these stupid insenative over charged prices!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were very hesitant at first because a lot of reviews I'd read I lie referred to this place as a…read morepuppy mill or purveyor of factory type dogs. We were in a situation where adoption from a humane society or rescue was not panning out (we looked for over a year for the type of dog we needed for our family needs) so we decided to research breeders and puppy adoptions. On a whim we decided to check out the pet doctor as we personally knew a couple of people who knew some of the employees. When you first walk in it does have the feel of the old pet stores you used to see in malls in the 90s with the glass wall and kennels lined against the wall behind the glass with puppies barking and playing, vying for attention from visitors. We spoke to one of be owners upon our arrival and explained our needs. She showed us the last remaining puppy of a recent litter and he was well socialized and healthy. She also explained her experiences with the breed and showed us photos of her own dog of the same breed. She explained the warranty of health and life guarantee. As long as you vet your animal everything seems as expected for purchasing a puppy. We picked him up later in the day as we had other shopping to do around town. Another lady helped us upon pickup and was also friendly and helpful. She provided us with some free food (we also purchased some puppy food) and rubbed some toys we'd purchased on his kennel mate so he would have a familiar scent in his new home. We took him home with validation of health and shot records and he took took to our family immediately. He's potty training well and appears to be in perfect health. He even slept through his first night with minimal whining. The puppies here are not cheap, but not out of line from what people ask on Facebook swap pages or regional newspaper classified ads. Do your research on breeds and average sale prices before making a decision. A puppy of any breed or cost is an investment and you have to be prepared to care for them like a child. We would definitely recommend Pet Doctor to anyone looking for a new puppy for their family.

this business is trash my sister took her cat here and they told her to switch the cats diet…read morebecause he was eating too much despite being a normal weight for his size, he proceeded to poop everywhere and then when she took him back they said he was underweight she ended up going back to what she was feeding him before and he went back to normal. her cat had a tooth infection they did not tell her about which she found out from a different vet after not trusting this one, she also spent hundreds on bloodwork which they have no record of. when discussing this her former roommate chimed in that one of their friends took their dog here over vacation and it died while they were out of town! he said they were not notified about it until they went to pick up their dog. if you want proper care or just to see your pet again i'd consider going somewhere else for your animals veterinary needs.

She offered us many tips; from specific toy suggestions to unique behavioral tips. There was an employee outside getting cards and said they were closed Because no one had been shopping there for the last half hour and I saw someone coming out of the door with their purchase and heading for their car, it would have taken me two minutes to purchase a bag of dog food and I spent 40 minutes driving there and back because they wanted to close the registers early.
