Taken both of our dogs here for a handful of years, for vet and boarding, and I can't believe the shape we picked them up in after our most recent visit. Paying over $650 to board two dogs for five days, and getting them back covered in ticks, their toys were never even taken out of the bag we dropped them off with, and our other dog had feces covering his hair. One dog was due for a vet check, and the only info we received from that was a quote to clean his teeth, no weight, no break down of the visit itself, nothing other than the additional $220 charge. read more

Clean and nice facilities, but EXTREMELY unprofessional and lacked communication. no We boarded our dog, who is dog reactive, here for 2 nights. We let them know at least 5 times that she is dog reactive and asked if this would be an issue. They told us it would not be an issue. We booked for 2 weekends in a row. After picking her up the first weekend, we were told that all was good and she was extremely sweet. Then, the following day, we received a call that she is "not welcome because she is dog reactive". Also told that she wasn't aggressive, just hyper focused on the other dogs (which i am already very aware of and THEY were made very aware of). I understand that not all places have to ability to board dog reactive dogs, but they were warned MULTIPLE times and we were counting on them. Would like to see better communication. read more

Great service and all of the staff genuinely care. They are all very patient and truly try to exhaust all options of care within your price range. I also love that they have a private dog park! It's nice knowing I can take my pet to a dog park where all pets are vaccinated and parasite free. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

The doctor there is really nice and kind. Sorry I forgot to ask the name. And nurses were patient to all my questions. I left my dog there on Thanksgiving holidays and let them check on my dog's cyst on her leg. It's expensive for me to do the cyst removal surgery as a student. But these people provided me a reasonable price and my dog also recovered pretty well in only few days. As I highly recommend, this place is really safe to leave your dog. And the doctor is humorous and responsible. He called me to check everything goes well after few days of the surgery. read more

Ummmmm yikes feels like a good place to start. So originally I went to this vet when I had a dog and it worked for a while because doctor Toni was so good I'd go anywhere for his service! But then he retired and even though the prices were high I stayed because I liked the service I was getting at the time. But then my dog died so I stopped going to this vet. Well fast forward to a month ago I have a litter of farm cats and one is sick to a scary degree. So I take her to the vet. They told me on the phone it would be 55$ for the checkup. That's what I was expecting. When I got their they had this new thing where you stay in your car, I get that it might be good for Covid but I wouldn't go in if I had Covid, I didn't like being separated from my kitten especially since she'd cry if anyone but me held her. Regardless i let them do their thing. They hand me a clip board and ask my to fill it out so I do, at the bottom there's this nice little box that asks me to add a price i want to ask me to go over. I said 55$ because I wanted to know asap if something was going on. I waited in my car for 2 hours for them to bring me my kitten back and charge 126$ WHAT HAPPENED TO ASKING ME WHAT HAPPENED TO 55$ so I pay them anyways, my kitten died the same night, next day the rest of litter starts showing symptoms that the first kitten did. So I cal and ask if they can give me the antibiotic and all and they sure sure if I bring in another kitten and charge me another 55$ then they tell me to get my prescription filled on line. So I go through chewy who required a vet write off on the antibiotic. I ordered the antibiotic a week ago and when I call the vet they still tell me they haven't received it yet!!!!! All my kittens are sick and dying and they don't care because they've already wrung almost 200$ out of me! Save yourself the trouble and go to a vet who is honest, upfront, and delivers. Other vets care more. This place sucks! read more

After the retirement of a recent vet in Lincoln, I had them transfer my dogs records to Driftwood. I feel their facility includes a ton of up-charge, required procedures that I had never seen with my previous vet. Not only was I charged for heart worm tests without being asked, I was also charged an additional senior dog fee which is in addition to the regular exam fee. For two dogs, it was $295 and this did not include rabies vaccinations because the dogs are up to date. They have them both on an antibiotic but required them to come back after the medication was taken to test them again, which is $80. I cancelled and made an appointment in Waverly where they don't charge for doing another check up after a medication is taken. Their pricing at Driftwood is outrageous compared to other vets in town. They also don't allow you to walk in with your dog but you have to stay in your car for curbside assistance. I'd rather be by my dogs side while Lincoln is experiencing low threat to covid. Also they made a dog food recommendation because the one I've always fed them recommended by my last vet, is not offered on the Driftwood website for sale. So they want me to switch to one I can buy from them. It seems odd when my dog is 16 and is in fabulous shape for her age. read more

My dog was brought today to be boarded for the weekend and they called not even 45 minutes later with a RUDE tone saying we needed to come get him immediately or they're calling the sheriff. Our dog is around children, and multiple people, public places and has never shown aggression toward anyone ever. On the phone, they said they never should of boarded with us and said our last dog was "aggressive" to but the energy off the bat wasn't right and our dogs hadn't been boarded before. Our old dog also a week later found out he had cancer. And they were aware he liked women better than male care which they had. Demanding to come get our dog because of his BREED is insane he isn't aggressive unless he FEELS aggression. So hopefully when my S/O gets there my dog isn't in the ground out back. Never been more disgusted in my life. Our dog is welcomed like family at our neighborhood pet smart, my school & in our neighborhood. He runs up to strangers with love. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy because dogs are our FAMILY!!!!!!!! They're in kennels?? Maybe He's scared of you??? Let him warm up?? Walk away & Give him some peanut butter we told you he loves?? Talk in a more calm tone?? Change your APPROACH!!! So glad they called within 45 minutes and not when i left the road for work wondering the worst. read more

We had to go out of town for the weekend, so we boarded out pup for the first time. Driftwood kennel was reasonably priced, kind, and clean. When we picked her up I could tell she had been bathed. She smelled fresh and seemed to be very content! Will be going back again! read more

Dr. Tony is simply the best! We are an Air Force family and our yellow lab has seen a lot of vets over his 8 years, but none come close to the attention and care he received from Driftwood. We have used both their kennel service and veterinarian service and would highly recommend both! read more

I have been going to Driftwood for many years for both boarding and for grooming and there is no better place to take your pets. You can tell the people who run the kennel truly care about your pets. I have tried other groomers and boarders and none can compare for quality and value. They are about as far away from my home ( I live southeast) as they can be, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more
