Things escalated from there, let's just say I saw myself out. Rummaging through the comments, I've noticed that alot of other people have had negative experiences with this *so called* Customer Service Representative, and as a result, they are losing patients and money. She called around and Dr. Wostl was in her network and was able to get in and see him right away. She came home raving avout the service to the extent that I felt as though I would be providing them a disservice by not writing this review. They greeted her at the door, not even allowing her to sit down first. The staff is very upbeat. The team cohesiveness is outstanding likely due to the many years they have worked together. Dr. Wostl explained to her in detail everything about her cracked tooth and thoroughly explained her options. Today she is feeling much better thanks to Dr. Wostl and his staff. She even decided to make him her new dentist even though she lives an hour and a half away.

Couple weeks went by I was eating on my left side bridge I had no Idea that at cleaning Maggie loosened the bridge and month 1-2 bridge got so loose it came out with Root canal. I was so upset. I I needed extraction of 2 back tooth. On May 11 Dr Anthony did the Surgery, it was sedated so no pain then Tuesday it started pain all night I could I could not sleep because of pain ,then on Wednesday May 13 th I went back to Royal dental different Dr Was there he gave me Amoxillin 500 For7 day 3 capsule a day. Still had pain every day I was calling to Royal, pain was bad then Friday they said u can go to our Burridge office Dr Stanlyis there on Saturdayi took Uber and went to Royal at Burridge, Dr Stanley did X-ray and did 2nd surgery on same Tooth's I had before. He sedate the tooth still I felt pain he sedate again I was so uncomfortable I could not breath so he gave me Iv,s surgery got done he found Thar a piece of tooth was left with first surgery so it was causing pain . Now I finished the Amoxillin500 asDr directed , then I went to Dr Troy an he checked how I am healing Surgery. At there office Dirrea started it was reaction on Strong Antibiotic some how I got home and Dirrea got worse I was Vomitting and Direaa some time , so I called 911 and went to Hospital stayed there 2-3 days. My upper partial was done so I neede lower partial Dr Anthony adjusted 4-5 times but still I can not eat anything except soft food can not chew it hurts. My town is chipped because of cleaning I told Dr Anthony to fix it but he said it has to be replaced I said it should be done. O charge to me he said u have talk to owner Dr Peter Troy'an my Dental Insurance has all been depleted. I want to talk to Dr Troyan but phone is not given to me by Staff could not find his business card. Wrote him a letter asking to fix my Crown Free and help me with Hospital bills and my pain and suffering I went through Hell . I never had this kind of experience in my life before. I Told I think DR Patterson give me Zpack Antibiotic because I can not tolerate strong but he said no it is better . Staff is good Dr Anthony is good but not very well qualified. The ahygenic Meggy who did my cleaning was worse she did not see the difference between sealed cement or plaque she was not qualified I Suffered so much after cleaning , I do not know they did cleaning after 3 months it should be done after six months. Seems like it is All business No care for patient. Everyone told me ot to go back but I thought they are working with Insurance so let's finish my treatment. They have to fix my Down upper front fix or replace my lower Par UAL so I could eat without pain. I Hope to hear from them soon .

For someone who does not nor ever will live in Buffalo Grove, where God left his underpants and didn't go back to pick them up because Buffalo Grove was too much of a pain in the ass to get to, service has to really blow my doors down for me to make a trip out there. I've been going there for about 13 years now, and somehow those eight "cavities" have never appeared in their exams. Dr. Shiffman is the best dentist I've ever had. He replaced a couple of old amalgam fillings for me, and he did exemplary work on a crown I needed in an emergency when a corner of one of my molars broke off. He did great work on the fillings I needed due to some gum recession. He's so personable and wonderful that even though 12 years ago I moved to a different suburb that's 30 minutes away, I still come all the way back to Buffalo Grove for dentistry. I've had the same dental hygienist, Lana, the whole time I've been a patient there. She is marvelous. Honestly, Lana is a big factor in my decision to continue to drive all the way to Buffalo Grove twice a year to get my teeth cleaned. I feel like I'm visiting an old friend when I see her. The entire staff there is very friendly and helpful, and I haven't had a bad experience there even one time in 13 years. Plus, I am 42 years old, and I get compliments from people on my *teeth.* If that's not a ringing endorsement, I don't know what is! I may have bags under my eyes and crow's feet, but my teeth look fantastic!! :)

My original dentist, Trotta's late business partner Dr. Ieronimo (God rest his soul), resembled Doc from The Love Boat. So charming and reassuring, he made every visit a joy. So when I stopped in for a cleaning sometime in college to find out that Dr. Ieronimo had passed, and that Trotta was taking on his patients, I was so bummed! Who the heck was this new guy they were trying to pass off on me?! Whose strange fingers were going to be probing my mouth now?! To my delight, Dr. Trotta turned out to be a MORE than adequate replacement--the Bruce Wayne of dentists. He is cool as a cucumber, and when he walks into a room, his presence says "It's OK; no drilling today"--but in such a pleasing manner that even if he WAS planning to bore holes in my teeth, I'd be totally down. And my hygienist Tracy is the BEST! Her mother used to clean my family's teeth when I was a kid, and now that we're all grown up, I'm honored to have her as my hygienist. Cons: Do not go to them if you need custom work done. I started the process of an implant on front tooth 10/2022. They could not get the shape or shade of my implant correct to match my other front tooth. I have had to drive to Arlington Heights twice for a Color match- those goes 2 hours of my time, each time. Two times they had to drill off the implant to put a new one in. This is the 4th time going back to have this "fixed" and the implant color STILL doesn't match my color of my other teeth and now my tooth next to it is longer than the implant I get it it's my front tooth it's hard to match to the other front but when I suggested crowing the one next to it to match the doctor said no. I was also told that due to "my case" they will no longer do front crowns without doing 2 or 4 of the front. They also made me sign a waiver. Way to make me feel like shit for something they should have done right the first time. Have they been accommodating in trying to fix it each time- yes- but this has been a joke trying to get it fixed. I tried to be understanding but it's still not right and I'm not going back for a 5th time. So their goes 3k that I had to pull out of savings down the drain and I will have to have another dentist fix it.
