The person answering the phone told me that no body was on the office that could get me an answer right now but I will be contacted by a representative on Monday asap. I said I look fire forward to speaking with someone. Monday, Tuesday no call back, on Wednesday called them and asked why and I was expecting a call on Monday . He Vincent said " you know go find someone else !" Then hung up. Listen I pay them for insurance so they can answer the phone or a question to a payng client and treat you not like a number. I found somebody else for more than half less. stay away from him and his office . he lies to your face and only cares about money been very disappointed since He took over my account from the original person I had for years that retired. Without going into great detail, Jake was able to review our home and auto policies, provide suggestions on where we could save money, identified where we were underinsured, and ultimately ended up providing us with far better coverage than we had before. He has a way of explaining the "why" behind many of the policy options and considerations, and puts things into perspective that allow you to make proper decisions.
