I spent over 2 1/2 hours sifting through what appeared to be a very large selection of rugs, only to learn once I narrowed down my search to my top 3 choices, two of those three were no longer available to order (but still in the showroom as available samples). I moved on from my rug to choose my custom couch. The order was entered so I assumed all was good - yay! Nope! One week after ordering, I received a phone call stating the material I chose was no longer available and I needed to make another selection - which also meant changing my four accent pillows and returning the rug that I had purchased elsewhere. Lastly, our recliners were standard (non-custom) orders. We were given a delivery date of up to 12-15 weeks out! Because we were exhausted in this purchasing process, we agreed. Now, here I am....15 weeks out with no update. I called to check on the status of our order, only to learn it has been pushed out another 6-8 weeks - for STANDARD recliners! Prepare yourself for what appears to be great variety and selection in their showroom, but then learning, it really isn't an option, as well as 5-6 months to get your order! If we weren't already months into this process, I would cancel for sure!

Wow, they really screwed us over. We paid a lot for this POS; the frame broke, ALL THE CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS went FLAT, the fabric is scratchy, (they talked us out of a different fabric because it would take up to 6-7 months to receive said couch, not to mention that the original couch we initially picked was a complete different layout etc. We went to the salesman to purchase "our dream couch" and come to fond out after 20-30 minutes it was unavailable because it had a wrong display marker). We had to start all over again, after hours of deciding. (We live almost two hours away, work weekdays, and it was during Covid. We wound up picking this POS for over 3500. We desperately needed new nice furniture, and this is what we got. Huge disappointment. We splurged, all we got was this POS, horrible and rude customer service, no resolutions.

The craftsmanship on the log frames was outstanding, but the cushions needed some work. There was also an important screw in a crack in the log frame on both chairs that I feared would not hold. We complained a little and they immediately agreed to have new cushions fabricated and replaced them! They also agreed and took the chairs and fixed and adjusted them to our desire. We were delighted! But then my wife's back didn't do well with the log recliner, so she went back and asked if they would switch out the recliner for another chair! TimberCreek agreed to that also. The store is run by a family who care about their customers & will look out for them. This place is a huge warehouse full of couches, living room furniture, beds, tables, and more. The stock on the floor is all brand new and at outlet pricing -- their stock fluctuates and is never guaranteed, so if you like something you better pick it up! You can check their facebook to do a little browsing but I highly recommend coming in to browse and sit in the furniture before you make a decision. One thing that really sold us on this place was the financing that was offered. It's something like 100 days with no extra fees to pay off your furniture -- after that marked date there's a pretty big markup. Here's the really nice part: the guy who owns the place will help you figure out if the piece you're looking at financing is a good financial move for you. He'll help you calculate what your monthly payments would work out to be and even advises you not to buy something if you can't pay it off within the time before the extra markup kicks in. You can tell that he cares about the customers and wants them to have a good experience. I appreciate that SO MUCH. We love our couch and actually just paid it off this week. It fits perfectly in our house - the store has measuring tape for you to borrow - and really elevates our living room. We paid probably $60-$80 for delivery from this location to St Louis Park. It was a no brainer. Delivery setup was easy and speedy. Just keep in mind that all sales are final and that their stock is here today and gone tomorrow!

I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. My designer Billie was super sweet and let me browse but also let me know that anything can be custom ordered and that this is just a small sampling of what they can get for me. I wasn't sure if I could afford it so I had her price out a chair for me it was $1100 but they had a 20% off sale so it would be $880. I'm new to furniture shopshopping so I went to another store later (La-Z-Boy) and it was comparable to that. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing on a Sunday night, but Billie didn't seem rushed at all. I was the one saying "let's just wrap this up. Can you give me something to look at online?" And she gave me two websites she thought I would like based on our conversations and looking at what they have to offer. I will see where our furniture shopping journey takes me but I plan to be back!
