They're helpful. I…read morejust left the place after waiting in line for a while. I saw one deal on a fuel conditioner and by the register, they had another deal with a familiar brand. By the time, I returned, there must have been 10 people in line, where there was only one previously. The other staffer was outside helping a customer with his car, so it's not like the wait was horrible and he arrived in time to help with the line. That's one of the things I like about Advance Auto Parts--they help you. They can help you with your windshield wiper replacement or battery replacement or a number of things. They're more than just a parts store. Even when I lived in Florida, they were always friendly and considerate, unlike restaurant workers.
