They said yes, I was quoted $80, and the person on the phone looked up the model and told me it had electronic steering but that wouldn't affect the cost. When the alignment was completed, I was told the bill was $120. 50% MORE THAN THE QUOTE! When I said I was quoted $80, he said my vehicle has electronic steering so that's more. When I said "you guys knew that when you quoted me a price", he said "'well '08 was a transition year" and not all had that steering. That's simply not true (they obviously don't know Land Rover/Range Rover), as all '08 Range Rovers have the same steering system......... and the electronics only affect how easy it is to turn the wheel at different speeds. It has nothing to do with setting the alignment which is purely a mechanical function. Beware of Best One's business practices.

Before coming here, I visited several other body shops in town, but none of them met my needs or expectations. This was the only shop that did. First of all, they treated my car as if it were their own and, more importantly, treated me like a human being. I told them that I had just started my career and was on a tight budget, and they were kind enough to work with me. In the end, I paid a reasonable price out-of-pocket for the quality and timely service I received. They repaired the exterior damage around the hood as well as the cover of the pre-collision sensor underneath it. After the accident, a warning signal for the pre-collision sensor came on. They examined it and honestly told me that only the cover was damaged (not the sensor itself). That really showed me that their service is conscience-driven. It would have been easy for them to charge me an extra $1000 or so by simply replacing the sensor, and I can imagine that some other shops might have done exactly that. On top of that, when I asked for recommendations for auto insurance, they were happy to share their preferred provider. I had just moved here and had no idea which insurance company to switch to. I'm now using the company they recommended because they told me it was "the only one that knows what they are doing." So far, I've been very satisfied with the insurance company's service as well. This is a trustworthy, local, family-owned business that deserves support. I'm satisfied with the repair. My car looks no different than it did before the accident. Their facility also looks professional and well-equipped. I will definitely keep coming back whenever my car needs repairs in the future.

It had been a rental truck and had seen some rough service but Cates did the repairs as if this truck was a show truck . The repairs exceeded my expectations , the finish was as good as if not better than a factory finish, it looks like glass. The color match was perfect . it is an absolutely beautiful truck that I am very proud of. I cannot thank the crew at Cates enough . My flat was beyond repair and I was given price for the recommended brand replacement as well as a more economical but acceptable substitute. It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me. Tires sold here are primarily new so this is probably not the place if you're looking for used, otherwise highly recommended. Oh yeah, at Christmastime they build a little tire tree out front!
