It's in LakeShore Mall and I was a little surprised. It looks like a defunct jewelry store and that's exactly what it is! You walk in past all these empty display cases and way in the back is this guy's workstation. Pro Tip- Enter the mall near Sears and you'll find it right away. He's an older gentleman, a little hunched over like he's been working on tiny things all his life which is probably true. He has a heavy Asian accent but gets the job done. Everyone needs a place like this! When you can't get that God damned back off your watch to replace a battery. When that stupid little clip on your favorite necklace gets bent. When a stone falls out that you amazing found needs to be reset. This is your guy! He resized my watch in five minutes and charged me a whopping $6.45! His friendliness is contagious, and I walked out with a huge smile on my face and a new correctly sized watch on my wrist!

They told me they discontinued it but they had one left. So I told them I'd talk to my husband about it. (Roughly 2 weeks later) My husband went in on Valentine's day and bought it for me! I was excited and I was supposed to be getting my ring back that same day! We came back in later that day to pick the ring up and after looking at it and almost taking off with it we realized it wasn't my ring. I'm freaking out because I have someone else's ring and who knows where mine could be...... we go back in and at first the tell me it's mine (which from the above picture they take it does look similar) but I explain to them that I'm 100% positive it's not mine. They start to notice the difference between the picture and the ring I now have in my hands. The lady went and made a phone call while the other went through the other rings that were there to make sure they didn't mix them up. When the lady got off the phone she told me it was still at the place where it was to be resized. Me and my husband left the ring there so they could find the owner and we waited for them to call about mine. They called and told my husband that they couldn't find my ring and that they had a new one on order. Now as much as I like new things, there's just something about the ring that my husband got down on one knee to propose with. My husband called me to tell me and I called them back holding back tears. I told them I don't want a new ring I want mine. I was angry, frustrated, and sad all at the same time. I was told that my ring was there and they lied to me. They didnt have it at all. After going back and forth with them (mainly checking up) they finally found it and had it shipped back (at least they told me it was mine). I picked it up and went to get the wedding band resized at a different Kay Jewelers. There I found out that the wedding ban wasn't the same band that goes with that ring. It was probably the closest thing I was going to get to match but they told me it was the last one they had for my ring because they'd been discontinued. Now I'm okay with the band but do you have to lie to my face? I mean I was lied to 2 or 3 time when all I wanted is the truth. Yeah I wasn't someone you'd want to talk to after I just found out you lost my ring and I know it probably wasn't even technically your fault. The problem I had was you lied to me telling me you found it when you didn't, you lied to me about my wedding band, and one of the ladys told me she'd get back with me the next day about overnight shipping it when she wasn't even working the next day or 2. We of course understood that and were accepting of the two week timeline. Donna was very nice to us and I want to put an emphasis on that. This is not a complaint about her. I had purchased a ring at the same time my mother purchased her necklace. I needed it resized so they were sent off together. I went to the store to pick up my ring and her necklace after the two weeks and my mothers necklace was not there. The sales associate Amber contacted my mother via phone to inform her that there was nothing wrong with her necklace. My mother acknowledged she knew that there was nothing "wrong" but that and it was sent off to have a larger clasp put on. My mother expressed to me that Amber was not very helpful on the phone so I went to the store with her to sort this out (about 2 weeks after the phone call with Amber). When we arrived Amber greeted us dressed very inappropriately. She had on what looked like yoga pants with a tank top and a cover up. This tank top was a lace front and was cut down to about her navel. I'm not sure if that is a new sales tactic Kay Jewelers is encouraging, however, I am not impressed. Not only was she dressed unprofessionally, but her demeanor coincided with this attribute. My mother was frustrated, with good reason, but remained professional (this is now 1 month + after the purchase date). Amber did not empathize with the situation and was rude to us. She made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. Regardless of the poor customer service we left thinking the situation had been handled. It is now 2 months + after she purchased the necklace and she still has not received it. She has not been contacted about the status of her necklace and has made two payments towards the item on her credit card. I have had such a horrible experience at the Sebring store I do not plan on shopping there again in the future. My mother and I stopped in after brunch to pick up a pair of earrings I had sent off for repair. The customer service was excellent. My consultant (I think her name was Donna) was very friendly and knowledgeable. After I received my earrings back my mother and I decided to browse around a bit. The consultant was prompt in aiding us. She made the experience fun and relaxing. We both made purchases and she helped us find the perfect pieces to suit our individual style. In April of this year, wife looked at my ring and noticed a piece of turquoise was missing, turned out to be the one they had replaced last year. I took the ring back to them, knowing they had repaired it a year ago. They replaced the turquoise and it matched the color very nicely. I figured since it was to replace a piece they had replaced, they would adjust the cost. They did not and charged me the full price again.
