Autumn was amazing! I had gotten my tongue peirced about a year ago by a different peircier and the whole experience was God awful. She was rushing the whole time and on top of that she hit a vein/nerve and it hurt really bad and had to go to the hospital because it was gushing blood even 3 hours later. I had been looking around for someone to peirce it again for me because even tho I was traumatized I really wanted my tongue done! Every peircer just said "well we're actually trained here" and never asked for a picture or tried to reassure me. But atumun did! She looked at all the pictures from before and my tongue now and told me where it went wrong before and reassured me that it wouldn't happen again, she answered all my questions and made me feel safe and like she cared. I got there and she was patient with my nerves, she did the peircing and it was amazing! Not a drop of blood, and it barely hurt, she talked to me like a friend and the entire time I was happy and felt comfortable! I highly recommend Piercings by Autumn. The inside is so cute, clean and very well organized. Autumn is a very nice person and a wonderful piercer! She was very gentle, quick and professional throughout the entire session. I even showed up a few minutes late and she had no problem to still service me as normal and I value and appreciate that for sure bc things happen and get set back and sometimes there is a fee for being late which is understandable as well beings there's appointment times and a schedule for a reason (to follow and stay on track for your day) but she was very understanding and when I got there she got right to buisness The pricing is also very reasonable and she answered and offered to answer any questions I have or may have even after the piercing. My 6 y/o got her ears pierced yesterday and I couldnt of asked for a better person to do it! Autumn has a very clean, organized, ADORABLE little shop. We got there 10 mins early but she was already set up and ready to go. My daughter was so nervous and full of anxiety all of the days leading up to her appointment. We got there and once she realized autumn found her Easter earrings she was excited. Absolutely no tears and no more fear. Autumn has pierced my eyebrows 4 times. I wanted doubles on both eyebrows. She has done my nostril and septum. She has tapered my earring piercings back open. She is always really nice and puts me at ease. Her placement and techniques are amazing. She talks you through it all step by step and answers all of my many questions. Will be going back for more piercings in the future. Eyebrows barely hurt but were sore and did bruise from clamp. Nostril hurts but barely sore two weeks later. Septum was my easiest piercing. Barely sore for 2 days but 3rd day no pain. Ears sore the longest but not really painful. Hands down Autumn was the best piercer I have used! read more
