They said yes they did, but the piercer was running to the post office and would be right back. I sat there for over 30 minutes, and no one said one word to me. Nothing about why it was taking so long, when he would be back, or sorry about the wait etc. Another employee sat there on his phone with the volume full blast listening to videos of cops arresting people. The piercer then proceeds to walk in the door after over 30 minutes with Dunkin' Donuts. He has nothing to say to me, and doesn't address me at all. While I had been waiting there were two more people who came in waiting to look at jewelry who are behind me in line. He then proceeds to help them first without even so much as a word to me! He proceeds to helps the other two people one by one, so that I'm there waiting 45 minutes now. I feel extremely disrespected with my time. I have been there many times over the past few years, and each time they have done very good work, but horrible customer service. Employees walk right past you. They don't look at you, don't address you. They ignore you while they talk and have conversations with each other. There is no sense of "I work at a business that is customer-based. Maybe I should be personable and engaging. They are paying for a service and an experience. " The only person who was she friendly was the receptionist for the second she was checking you in. After that, she was done talking to me entirely. It's as if you do not exist while you're there. You sit in an uncomfortable silence while everyone else ignores you. Every single time I've gone there, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have been very good at what they do. This time was the last time I will be making that allowance. I'm extremely disappointed and I feel undervalued as a paying customer. My time was not valued at all. I walked away feeling frustrated and disappointed, without the service I walked in for, and wasted almost an hour of my day. To me, customer service is just as important as the service itself. I want to be respected where I'm taking my business, as I will respect your time as well. I've gotten piercings over the years, and tried to be a loyal customer, taking my business to you each time. I've even given other people your name when they asked who to go to. I've done my best to keep supporting your business whenever I needed your service. I will no longer be doing this as you clearly don't respect the people who walk through your door, or their money or time.

I went in for a $600+ piece and was asked for ID, which I don't have since I don't drive--a requirement I've never encountered at any other shop. When I showed them a photo of my ID and even offered to fax it to them for a physical copy, it wasn't good enough. I asked for a refund of my deposit, but they refused. Nowhere in the shop does it state they require IDs, and there's no mention of a no-refund policy. I had to involve the police department, and after the commotion, the shop owner agreed to refund my $60 deposit to my wife, who then used it to get a mini tattoo. This shop is absolutely trash and was unfortunately recommended to me. We only completed the transaction so we wouldn't lose the deposit. I highly recommend Electric City in Scranton instead--a better shop with nicer people, cleaner work, and cheaper prices. I've never had issues there, despite having over a hundred hours of ink. I'll post this review on every Northeast PA and PA tattoo group page to warn others about this shop's prioritization of profits over customer satisfaction."

So glad to see he has his own spot now! I recently visited to have Ryan reinsert my nose piercing after I had to remove it due to surgery. Well, I waited too long (2 weeks) and he ended up having to re-pierce it. In one word, Ryan is AWESOME. He's very professional and knowledgeable and takes time to talk to his clients and explain any questions they might have. My friend and I intend on visiting soon to have another piercing done.

I arrived a few minutes late and I will checked in and Dani shared what she came up with. Exactly what I was looking for. I don't know how between my bad Photoshop skills and vague description she made something great. I finished my paperwork and went in. Clean is an understatement.. I think Dani used a couple dozen gloves and everything was wrapped sterile and just overall a comfortable safe place. Yes tattoos hurt and it got long and tedious, but the time flew by as we chatted and she tattooed me. She had pieces of flash up that were fantastic and she made sure I was comfortable and took breaks. After it was all done I had an amazing piece on my arm, and was sore and happy. I was given a good care and feeding of my artwork. I paid and was on my way. Overall an amazing experience and my tattoo is fantastic. All of the staff are relaxed friendly and professional. They love what they do and they do it extremely well.

She sterilized everything and was very precise with the location, making sure it was perfect. My only issue was the guy working the front desk, he was not friendly. He just left my license and the paperwork out on the counter and didn't say anything like it was ready to be filled out or if it was there. Kinda weird, but i'm happy with my piercing!
