Thank you so much Mike Frenchko! I love spending hundreds of dollars having my skin routinely burned off because you have no integrity!

Haha. I see my previous review has been hidden. I feel like it is only right for me to inform the public of what a nuisance Mike Frenchk is seeing as that I had my skin burned off with a laser yesterday for the 6th time. I wouldn't have been disfigured and had to endure painful laser treatments for years if Mr. Frenchko had AN OUNCE OF ETHICS OR INTEGRITY. He does not. He will disfigure you with a hideous, shoddy tattoo and send you out the door. He does not acknowledge his faults. Hey Mike, artists refuse work they aren't capable of ALL THE TIME. Maybe you should try that! Have pictures for any and all who want to see also have a running tab of all the money this has cost me.

This is the back tattoo done by Nick. Awesome.

I have one tattoo and one tattoo only. I was referred to electric city by a friend of mine and from the moment I called the dude who answered the phone referred me to a guy named Nick who proceeded to be incredibly helpful and professional. I happen to be one of the least artistically inclined people you'll ever meet and Nick was patient and extremely insightful when helping me design something that would look good and fit on my back well. I knew very little about shading or auxiliary artwork that could go around the actual text I wanted tattooed. Nick worked with me for almost an hour past the time he was supposed to leave on a Friday and a month later, when he finally had some time, tattooed an awesome piece on my back. All in all the dude is extremely helpful and skilled. If I ever get another tattoo Nick is doing it.

Elijah did my tattoo, and despite the fact that it only took about three minutes, I can say I would 100% recommend this place.

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the experience I just had today. I went in to get a…read moresimple piercing, and I asked if they take walk-ins. They said yes they did, but the piercer was running to the post office and would be right back. I sat there for over 30 minutes, and no one said one word to me. Nothing about why it was taking so long, when he would be back, or sorry about the wait etc. Another employee sat there on his phone with the volume full blast listening to videos of cops arresting people. The piercer then proceeds to walk in the door after over 30 minutes with Dunkin' Donuts. He has nothing to say to me, and doesn't address me at all. While I had been waiting there were two more people who came in waiting to look at jewelry who are behind me in line. He then proceeds to help them first without even so much as a word to me! He proceeds to helps the other two people one by one, so that I'm there waiting 45 minutes now. I feel extremely disrespected with my time. I have been there many times over the past few years, and each time they have done very good work, but horrible customer service. Employees walk right past you. They don't look at you, don't address you. They ignore you while they talk and have conversations with each other. There is no sense of "I work at a business that is customer-based. Maybe I should be personable and engaging. They are paying for a service and an experience. " The only person who was she friendly was the receptionist for the second she was checking you in. After that, she was done talking to me entirely. It's as if you do not exist while you're there. You sit in an uncomfortable silence while everyone else ignores you. Every single time I've gone there, I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have been very good at what they do. This time was the last time I will be making that allowance. I'm extremely disappointed and I feel undervalued as a paying customer. My time was not valued at all. I walked away feeling frustrated and disappointed, without the service I walked in for, and wasted almost an hour of my day. To me, customer service is just as important as the service itself. I want to be respected where I'm taking my business, as I will respect your time as well. I've gotten piercings over the years, and tried to be a loyal customer, taking my business to you each time. I've even given other people your name when they asked who to go to. I've done my best to keep supporting your business whenever I needed your service. I will no longer be doing this as you clearly don't respect the people who walk through your door, or their money or time.
