Every employee we spoke with was genuinely friendly and seemed happy to be there and happy to help. We thought we needed to stand around inside to wait on our food and then take it outside to the street side tables but we were quickly encouraged to go set outside because " we know you guys are out there and we will bring you your food". We did and within less than 10 minutes we were served our fresh side salads. The wait staff was attentive and genuinely interested that we had everything we needed.Our pizza came out in just about the right time. Crust is just like we like it and the ingredients were super fresh. Again, we were checked on several times, but never felt hurried or rushed. The W experience was a pleasant surprise; the food was excellent but the staff was simply stellar. Kudos! We will be back and we will definitely brag on this place to others.

I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes.... I usually get cheddar, lettuce tomato, tartar, and creamy coleslaw on mine. As you can see from the picture it's usually enough for two meals. Yes, when you walk in around lunch time that deli counter will be swamped, but I encourage you to grab a number and know that these employees are efficient so you won't be waiting that long. Their was 1 women waiting on her order and after she received hers it was approx 6-7 minutes before the only women working on what looked to be 3 subs by herself noticed me and asked if I had been helped yet, I told her no ma'am and she stopped what she was doing and took my order. I finally got my order and paid, the women who cashed me out (not the pleasent women who took my order) never smiled or said "Thank you", maybe she was having a bad day or was just tired..not a major deal but I always believe customer service is a MUST. *I also made eye contact with an older gentlemen that was working in the back area who came out to restock the clean cups and gave him a smile with none given back* I ordered the Sicilian sub and It was spicy as it advertised so I enjoyed the first half but the second have lost it's appeal due to the spiceiness of the sub so I definitely will not be getting that again. It's especially heartwarming to see how excited they are when my dad walks in the door. As for the food, we had a warm roast beef sandwich with cheddar cheese that was absolutely delicious. It was so flavorful that before I knew it, my sandwich was gone. And I can't forget the cookies -- they're homemade and always fantastic. At 6:00 pm last night someone from Sausage Plus called me asking if I was Donna who placed an order for 5 pounds of breaded haddock to be picked up at 6:00 pm. I stated that yes, it was me. She proceeded to tell me that they do not have any breaded haddock left to fill my order. I told her that I called in the morning to place the order so I wasn't quite sure how they couldn't have any for me. That is the purpose of ordering ahead. She stated that they were very busy and ran out. Meanwhile, while I'm talking to her, my brother-in-law was in line to pick up the order. She stated that they could fill my order next week Friday. I told her I have people at my house now for dinner. She then transferred me to someone else. I believe she said she was transferring me to the general manager or manager. He came on the phone asking how he could help me. Did she not tell him why she called me?! So I told him what she told me. He basically said the same thing. They were very busy and ran out of the breaded haddock. He also mentioned that they could fill my order for next Friday. Then he suggested one of the other types of fish, at a much higher price. He also stated that they probably didn't have 5 pounds of any type of fish to sell me. I can't believe they would run a business like that. Offering fish for next week wasn't a solution. I had a group of people at my house for dinner last night. I don't know that I could trust ordering ahead from them again. What is the point of ordering ahead if they didn't put enough aside for my order?
