I'm told that I could get a Ruben sandwich, WTF a Ruben and a pastrami are two different sandwiches and Ruben's are a dine a dozen. We thought we needed to stand around inside to wait on our food and then take it outside to the street side tables but we were quickly encouraged to go set outside because " we know you guys are out there and we will bring you your food". We did and within less than 10 minutes we were served our fresh side salads. The wait staff was attentive and genuinely interested that we had everything we needed.Our pizza came out in just about the right time. Crust is just like we like it and the ingredients were super fresh. Again, we were checked on several times, but never felt hurried or rushed. The W experience was a pleasant surprise; the food was excellent but the staff was simply stellar. Kudos! We will be back and we will definitely brag on this place to others.

I have gotten sandwiches a few times from this spot, but each time I find the same thing: I don't like their bread. The ciabatta is crackly and hurts my mouth. The focaccia is just so much bread for a sandwich. Often I find my sandwich is just dry and not as flavorful as I'd expect for a spot that seems to be innovative and thoughtful about their rotating sandwiches. Every time, I read the description of the sandwich and think it'll be great, but every time I'm disappointed. It's dry and bland. I'd rather spend my money on food I enjoy, which is a bummer because I'd rather support local businesses, but I'd say save your money for Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes.... But who knows, maybe I'm just not ordering the right thing.

She proceeded to tell me that they do not have any breaded haddock left to fill my order. I told her that I called in the morning to place the order so I wasn't quite sure how they couldn't have any for me. That is the purpose of ordering ahead. She stated that they were very busy and ran out. Meanwhile, while I'm talking to her, my brother-in-law was in line to pick up the order. She stated that they could fill my order next week Friday. I told her I have people at my house now for dinner. She then transferred me to someone else. I believe she said she was transferring me to the general manager or manager. He came on the phone asking how he could help me. Did she not tell him why she called me?! So I told him what she told me. He basically said the same thing. They were very busy and ran out of the breaded haddock. He also mentioned that they could fill my order for next Friday. Then he suggested one of the other types of fish, at a much higher price. He also stated that they probably didn't have 5 pounds of any type of fish to sell me. I can't believe they would run a business like that. Offering fish for next week wasn't a solution. I had a group of people at my house for dinner last night. I don't know that I could trust ordering ahead from them again. What is the point of ordering ahead if they didn't put enough aside for my order?
