I was looking at her because I could tell she was talking about me. She made comments such as, "That woman has been about a year without going to get her hair done. Because you can see that she's a crazy woman. She was looking at me and making faces at the little girl, making the little "Mommy" face, like... all of that. And she kept going and going and going." What she did not know was that I understood everything she was saying. I chose not to confront her because I was trying to remain calm and avoid unnecessary drama. Unfortunately, the conversation was not just about me. She was also talking about another woman who was there and making comments involving her children. The other woman who was cleaning was also using the F-word repeatedly and very casually, which I found extremely unprofessional and inappropriate in a place where customers and children were present. There was also another woman whose hair she claimed she had spent more than two hours doing and said something about the lady touched her and it was disrespectful. Hearing the way these women talked about customers and other people when they thought no one understood them was very disappointing. People deserve to feel respected when they walk into a business. If employees are going to discuss customers or make comments about their appearance, they should at least be mindful that customers may understand exactly what is being said. I will not be returning. The lack of professionalism and respect completely ruined my experience.
