Now I've been to nail salon that are packed that's a good guarantee that they provide great service and are highly liked but I walk in and there's only one other person in shop. I should've turned around and walked away then! But I'm the type of person to give someone a shot. I have never in my history of getting my nails done stopped a pedicure at any point but today I had to! The pedicure started and there was no long soak of the feet the water was like warm and I don't mind hot water at all but I was like it fine. The nail specialist immediately gets the drill out keep in mind my nature nails were clean and bare then used the drill to the point my nails are burning because she's drilling too much then she gets out the cuticle cutters and cuts extremely too much of my skin off to the point I'm snatching my toes back letting her know hey that hurts she ignores me and keeps goin now she asked if I wanted a drink I asked for a simple can or sprite never received it after drilling my nails as cutting almost all of my cuticle off she applies acrylic on one of my big toe immediately after and I wanted to jump out of my chair as soon as the bead touched my skin it burned I asked her is it supposed to burn it's burning and uncomfortable at this point my cuticles are bleeding and I'm telling her hey it's burning I keep repeating it she keeps moving forward to butcher my cuticles on the other foot once again causing me to bleed I'm sorry but I had to tell her please take it off and she proceeded to say I was being sensitive and she doesn't know what happened like she didn't see blood she put some green solution on it that burned worse than the alcohol and remover combined and told me to stick my foot back in the water I could write a book about my experience but just know even thorough all that I still tipped her because I don't like the idea of not tipping because this economy is hard I will not be a returning customer

After he finished my gel French tip he asked if I liked it, the white was too thick on 2 toes but he said that he couldn't take fix it unless he took everything off, I let that go. I called in and made an appointment FYI, for gel pedicure & dip medi, the lady took the appointment. When he finished my toes he didn't even know that I was supposed to get a pedicure. I kept in mind that it was close to closing for them, but I got there at 4:30. During my pedicure he proceeds to saw off all the skin surrounding my nails and when I said the color I picked(which looked like a clear nude color) looked a more orange then nude, he said when I finish and put the clear coat on it won't look like that. Long story short, it still looks orange/peach, the color has grown on me. But very next day(today) 1 nail chips, then I do a little cleaning and 3 more nails chip. He only did 2 coats of the dip and then filed off more. Im new to Prattville a door thought this would be the place to get my nails done, I like that they do actual nail art, but clearly the man there DOES NOT. I've had dip powder nails before, filed very thin, I am a k9 handler for the prisons, only ONCE have I had ONE nail chip during work with dogs and/or searching inside the prison, which requires a lot of vigorous hand activity.
