I've had mixed experiences at this location. Last time I was there, the cashier seemed confused about prices. I have an electric cigarette machine, & make my own. It is way cheaper than buying regular cigarettes. I bought a bag of pipe tobacco & a box of tubes. He didn't seem to know how much the cigarette tubes were, so he just typed in $6.49. That's almost twice as much as you can get them for at other places. I'll definitely be shopping around more now. read more

I'd never been here before until a few days ago and I love it! It seems like the overall quality of products is up a level compared to the other smoke shops on Capitol Hill. Customer Service is awesome - the individual who helped me took note on all the different items i was interested in and showed me a few other items he thought I would also be interested in, and he was right! I love Customer Service like this!! Even though it's a little further than some of the other smoke shops on Capitol Hill, if I need anything, I'm coming here . CHECK YOUR CHARGES & BEWARE FAKE PRODUCTS So I've been going here for about a month. I'd say averaging a disposable vape pen (puff bars etc). 1-2x every week. Didn't notice it until probably the 3rd time that the cashier (same dude) would charge me a different price each time for the same product. It's the same vape he smokes. Which btw I started keeping track & went to other stores. The vape in my pic is supposed to be completely sealed in a container; it does not come with a plastic mouth piece cover. I went to other smokes shops around and NONE of them have a plastic mouth piece. They come in a completely sealed tube. It's all around sketch once you get past the niceness. If you ask him the price, next time don't. See what he charges. Bet it's different. I went to the smoke shop off Broadway. They charge 2 for 25-30$ of this vape. That's his charge for one. I rarely complain; even at shit restaurants. This was worth telling. read more

I walked in during the morning to browse their incense and the cashier got impatient and kept asking me what i was looking for. I told him I was just looking. I walked over to the lighters and started sorting through the lighters I accidentally dropped one the cashier told me not to touch the lighters and instructed me to put them back I asked if he had a lighter with a Philippine flag on it He said no I walked out the store. I returned again to smell the same incense I was still deciding on what products to buy I look at the lighters And the same cashier is staring at my chest You shouts at my face You came back! He asks for an ID I return to bring it As I return to the store "an employee" or someone associated with the cashier tells me I can't be in this store because I am under 21 years old. I present him with my ID The cashier reads the year 1994 out loud. And I purchase my incense. Don't shop here unless you want a first-hand experience of fragile masculinity. Also try to quit vaping. I picked up vaping in 2020 I was able to quit completely late 2022 Since then I was able to save $480. Since 2020, I have spent approximately $2100 on vape products alone. I am happier, healthier, and I don't agitated due to my lack of nicotine. All it took was three days of sheer cold turkey torture. Please do not vape because your tolerance will only increase and there for you will only need more and more milligrams. I started with $5-$10 Puff Bars and ended my poor lifestyle choice with $30 ELF Bars It is a freedom of choice and free will but my best advice is to quit smoking and allocate your funds towards something that will benefit your future. read more

I know it's Seattle, so cigarettes are going to expensive... but if you out of your way to go to a smoke shop instead on any convenience store, you'd think the prices would be slightly cheaper right? I'm giving them 3 stars because the man who owns this seems nice, they have some cool Knick knacks every once in awhile, but I wish they has a little cheaper prices, or deals every once in awhile. I don't usually have the patience to write a review but I felt I needed to get this out of my head for the sake of some catharsis I visited this shop two times, first time for roller device and second time for rolling papers. The first time I met this employee who's hair is highlighted red. (probably the owner)he and I were the only two in people in his shop. I asked for rollers immediately upon entering and he said something I couldn't understand at all. I apologized and asked if he could repeat himself and he simply screamed at me in what appeared to be out frustration to choose between the several different brands. I tried to not react since I wanted to assume it was because of the masks I quickly paid and I said, "thank you and happy holiday" to help deflate what I felt was a awkward and uncomfortable moment. Second time I went in was about a week later and asked for rolling papers. He just pointed to chart with 9 brands being displayed with a number system which appeared to be method of helping one choose ( an actual good idea). I looked for my brand of choice and couldn't find it at all eventually ironically I could see the actual product stocked behind the chart. I tried to tell I couldn't see it on the chart but he started to just scream at to choose a number and either intentionally or because of a strong accent language barrier the decided to just continue to scream at me. I tried to tell him again I didn't see it but he just kept repeating and yelling. There was another customer behind me so I pleaded with the shop employee that the brand was on his chart although it was in his store. He then yelled (like really loud) something else I unfortunately couldn't understand. I quickly gave him cash and just left wondering if what took place actually transpired but then I felt myself shaking with adrenaline and knew it was as bad as I thought. Has this happened to anyone else? I worry I remind this guy someone else who's caused him problems or perhaps he doesn't like guys who "look like me" . It would actually make me feel a little better if I knew this was happening to everyone and no just me. I feel incredibly foolish for even going back a second time but needless to say I won't put myself through that again lol. I hope others read this review and gives them some insight to what they're about to experience. Happy Holidays read more

this place is convenient but the owner very plainly discriminates with his prices. I purchased 2 pieces of glass in the store and by the time I made it to the corner light, what are the pieces of broken I quickly turned around went back into the store to ask you if I could exchange it out considering I only bought it less than 5 minutes before. after the employee called his boss to see what he could do I was told that I could not do an exchange that I would have to pay half price for replacement piece. I agreed to pay half price. within seconds the phone began ringing in the employee answered it was his boss asking what kind of bubble it was when the employee told him what kind of bubble that was which is irrelevant the price of suddenly went back up and I was told I was only going to be offered at 10% off when I asked why I was told that that's what the boss said. as far as I was concerned you had made an agreement and deal was done. this place is good for convenience buthe's not interested in cultivating good relationships with its clientele. I will gladly walk up to the smoke shop on Broadway were they don't turn their noses up a people. read more

I have never had poor service at this place! I live around the corner and go in a few times a week to buy cigarettes. The two young men who most frequently work there are fabulous! They quickly learned my brand, and even my friend's brand (so I could just walk in, hold up two fingers, and they'd have a pack of each before I got to the counter!) I've also bought two water pipes from them, and had to return one because of a cracked stem. They cheerfully replaced it, no problem at all. Their prices are good, and they are fast and friendly. I can run and grab smokes and be back home in five minutes. I love this place! read more

I have visited this shop numerous times and the owner has increasingly become more rude with time. It's very apparent he doesn't care about new customers let alone retaining old ones. He simply wants your money and to leave his store as quickly as possible due to the fact of him rushing you out the door. Recently I purchaed a vape pen for my friend and it began not working properly. I was unable to locate the receipt but the sticker on the box matches the price stickers he uses in his store yet he refused to acknowledge this and went even further to state he's never sold the type of vape pen I obtained. Save yourself the trouble and visit a store on Broadway and avoid poor customer service from an owner who lies about his business. read more
