The first one I thought okay it's probably a one time thing and didn't even go back to address the faulty product, but the second one I went there and told him it was faulty and he said everything is final and I couldn't exchange. While looking around, a man came in to purchase a tin of Skoal Original and was disappointed to learn none was in stock. He had to settle for.a Skoal flavor style or have none at all. When my turn came I ordered a carton of a well known and popular brand of cigarettes, but was informed only six pks were available in the entire store. I bought those and settled for an additional four more of another brand. What are the chances of a large, specialty store with full shelves being out of two popular brands on a sunny, mid-morning shopping day unless inventory is being neglected. Or, perhaps the "paraphernalia", tobacco accessories and novelty kitsch are more important than satisfying the potentially return, local, customer who is there to purchase what any convenience store would keep in stock.

Today I was not a fortunate since I had to deal with the guy that looks like a pervert who had a middle age crisis back in the 80's and hasn't been able to move on ever since; terrible attitude, condescending, unpleasant and was so inconvenienced when I got in and he had to get up to help me as if I were not a paying customer. Maybe is time to retire or consider his life choices perhaps working for Life Alert or impotency commercials would be better fit for him.
