Didn't make a deal when I was there, as I wanted to think things over. Guy would barrage my phone and email constantly, once calling five times in a row while I was at work. On top of that, I had an appointment scheduled three weeks in advance. Then, just two days before my appointment, I received a call saying they needed to push it back another three weeks because one of the mechanics was on "vacation." If they knew they were short-staffed, I don't understand why I had to wait three weeks just to be told at the last minute that I needed to wait another three. The customer service experience was just as disappointing. I was second in line, patiently waiting my turn, and the older male employee was already helping me schedule my appointment when an older woman walked in and cut directly in front of me without even acknowledging me. He greeted her, she greeted him, and instead of finishing helping me, he put me aside and helped her until they were finished. What bothered me most was that neither of them acknowledged how rude the interruption was or the fact that I had already been there and was being helped. As a Native customer, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Honestly, felt like some white-privilege BS. Between the unresolved issue, the repeated delays, the last-minute cancellation, and the way I was treated as a native customer, I would not recommend this shop.
