The studio is fantastic as well. She has four reformers and a Cadillac. I didn't even know what a Cadillac was before coming to her Studio. Arlene was very patient with me, always making me feel comfortable trying new moves that I didn't think I could possibly achieve. I am amazed at what my body could do after doing pilates with Arlene. It's a perfect combination of exercises to make you the strongest possible cyclist. Without a strong core a cyclist is susceptable to injury. The studio is towards the back and it is in a big room. It is clean and calming in spirit. I have joined the morning classes and there are too many people in it and I love the intimacy of the class. I wanted…read moreto try to switch up my routine and do limited days here a month along with my other gym which is more strength and cardio. The atmosphere here was very friendly the gym is kept clean. The problem is clients who have unlimited time register for excess classes and your on a waitlist. So I had an accident and broke my hand I came in with my cast on and told them I need to be put on hold they will charge me $25 a month. I am already losing 2 classes, why charge me more. I said I wanted to cancel and filled out the paperwork. She said my manager is understanding she will work with you and call on Monday. She never called me, so Thursday I went back and told them she never called they said they will call her. Then Bianca the manager called back. She refused to work with me in any way. She told me it's corporate policy and there is nothing I can do. She told me if I did this for you then everybody would be doing it. ( Everybody would be breaking their hand??) My daughter goes to club Pilates in Colorado and was going on a trip told them she would need to be out. The manager told her no problem and was happy to accommodate her. But here in Howell with an injury no help. Needless to say I quit, but because it wasn't 30 days out they billed me a full month which for 4x is $129.00 with no access to classes!

This is a good environment for all ages and fitness levels. Working out with all the staff at Therapepeutic Fitness including Roger, Rachel, Caron, etc. It has been one of the best encounters in any type of business that I have maybe ever had. If your looking for a place to workout, loose weight, and get educated and learn more about your mind and body go to Therapepeutic Fitness in Point Pleasant. Oh yes and I also lost many pounds and my Fibromyalgia pain is almost gone when I workout on a regular basis.
